Am I right when I thought we can only get a maximum of four bonuses per year right 12 months divided by 3 equals 4 bonuses possible right ?
I think he said if you get all 4 quarterly bonuses then you get another bonus for the whole year. Makes 5 total
Sorry for confusion. Four quarterly bonuses. Yes. The fifth thing is the profit sharing that you start getting after you’ve put in a year. It’s based on mileage.

@@williampeters6004 We aren’t 💯on how it’s done. We figured out it came to 4cpm for what he drive in 2023. Don’t know if that changes as you stay longer at the company. And don’t recall if there are certain requirements to qualify for it.

If you mean for the passenger…No. You have to appear in person. It wasn’t bad though. Was pretty fast.
@@TheJoyofTrucking nope, I mean having to submit things like detention pay via a paper form and such.
@@TruckingForHermes Oh…sorry. Misunderstood your question. It’s a mix of tablet and paper. But you take photos of the paper and submit electronically. We show it in a lot of videos. Not a big deal.

We think a lot of truck companies allow it. Werner did. So does Crete.
