This gut his stronger better and also so technic. Forget other ones, Eric Carr was so special with his deep hard beat, but Singer give a better show. It was the only choice when Kiss want replace Carr. Singer avenue raise Kiss and give them new life. Old Kiss fans can't reconize other ones thant Criss, but to be honest, Peter was limited in moves and his technic come from the Jazz school. Fast on the snare but unable to figth with new Singer fashion.
I love this song & think Eric Singer is great, but I had a bootleg of the club tour to introduce the Revenge material & Eric to the public & he had this cool showmanship bit with him twirling one stick while hittting all the cymbals after the guitar solo. He just added a little flair & it looked great
From this show there’s also Creatures of the night. Eric is one of the baddest Mo-Fo on a kit! Always hearing about Lars, and Tommy Lee and Travis Barker ! Shit you can put all three together and still wouldn’t come close to Eric
Excellent drummer, excellent personality... It's a toss up between who was actually better between him or Eric Carr but it doesn't really matter. Both great guys. Not keen on Peter's work or his attitude, although the make up idea should have been a fresh creation and no the cat man.
Peter Criss could never play a song of this caliber with the same vibe as Eric here. Peter can play the classic songs and whatever he recorded in the studio. Still like both of them as drummers.
yeah eric is ver in the pocket drummer with very original and unique fills. he is a whole different drummer from peter though so to compare is them is dumb. is style is very lead like where peter only kept time. peter didn't play his drum kit like a lead instrument. eric uses his kit like a lead instrument and uses triggers to play scales and chords with his drums. very creative!
Peter Chris sucks big time. Eric Carr was one of the best, Eric Singer still one of the best in the whole world. Definitely Kiss improve (and I mean musically) when Bruce and Eric joined the band. More mature and better played music.

Eric Singer's style is very similar to Eric Carr's, wihch is why he fit so well in both Paul Stanley's solo band and the Revenge-ers KISS. Is Eric Singer a carbon copy of Eric Carr? No. But they have a similar groove feel that suits KISS music in general, specifically the harder edged stuff that came out after Peter Criss was no longer involved with KISS.
Yeah, every time Kiss has something to prove they released a killer album. When "Alive" made them huge people were saying "can you follow that up with an epic album?" as a reply they released "Destroyer" When in the early eighties Kiss was sinking under, they bounced back with "Creatures of the night" which still is their heaviest album And "Revenge" was the third of that triad of kick ass Kiss albums which which they proved their longevity. Three albums every Kiss fan should own.
I think Peter played by feel ,his fills are more the jazz rock style ,where as Eric singer is the total technician ,every fill is perfect and clean both are great drummers and you cant forget Eric carr he was a great drummer also

Actually, he was part of Badlands before joining KISS after Eric Carr's death.
Gene's singing is absolutely weak, but Eric though, fantastic!
Yeah unholy is out of genes normal singing range. So he does struggle to hit some of the notes.
