I love the taste of bayleaf tea. I have been drinking every night before going to bed. I sleep soundly and wake up with no pains.. My fingers are not stiff anymore.
I add 2-3 bay leaves to a pitcher of brewed tea. I have also inhaled the smoke from burning a leaf to clear mucous from my chest. I learned a great deal from this presentation.
I had painful sore throat, I made a bay leaf tea and added cinnamon to help with the taste and my throat felt better same day and even better the next,

I have a huge bay leaf tree growing in my backyard. It all came from $.99 tiny thing from HomeDepot years ago. It was absolutely neglected, hardly ever watered. Hello, happy new year everyone! I just got a long note from my brother in Venezuela telling me about the exceptional benefits of the bay leaf or hoja de laurel as we know it. It helps me with gas and constipation. I wish I would have learned this early in my life. I will drink daily hopefully it will help me with itching all over .
hi there very entertaining presentation loved it. My morning routine is 2-3 bay leaves boiled in a cup of water for a few mins, left to steep for about 4/5 mins and I add to that when it has cooled slightly some ginger turmeric and half a lemon juice including some of the pulp. Am cheating with the honey tumeric and ginger at the moment as have found a honey supplier that sells it ready mixed. Works great.
I have just recently discovered you can use Bay leaves to make tea, besides its normal use in cooking. with me getting more into different herbal teas lately, I bought some bay leaves and will be making my first lot of tea with them tomorrow. looking forward to seeing what its like. thanks for a fun and informative video..cheers from Australia 🙂
Very informative share using Bay Leaf as a tea, and it's benefits and side affects my friend. I used it in food but never tea. Good to know that we need to make sure to get the right one. Thanks for this entertaining and delightful share Erick. It makes me learn and remember it more that way you teach . I am thankful for that. Enjoyed as always Irene.🍃🍃😍

Wow Erik didn't realise you could accidently get the wrong leaf. That would definitely be problematic. Thanks for the info. Weird that the leaf would stay intact in the digestive system.
Hello Eric, I never knew that Bay Leaf could be made into tea. we used it in cooking a lot. My mother actually choked on a bay leaf once it was in her stew and she missed it when she was taking the leaf out of the pot. 💕NonnaGrace
Is the bay leaves different than indian cinnamon leaves people call it bay leaf; i dont understand, their venation and scientific name is different but why do they have same common name
Depending on the tea, you are usually find having 3 cups per day of most teas,. Some are recommended not to have consecutively for too many days in a row. Good day sir, please how can i get bay leaf tree.
Bay leaves are very easy to find online. You can also find laurel tree saplings in some stores if you want to plant a full tree yourself.
I had no idea that bay leaves costs an arm and a leg and.....they are awfully small leaves, not the ones I'm used to seeing!
Yeah, it depends on where you find them. You can get fresh bay leaves fairly easily here in the UK at similar prices to other standard herbs.
I've been having bay leaf tea every evening ... thot I better see what I'm doing to myself ! Great video
