    Creating Space is just what my body needed to do today to connect with my mind: too much going on outside in the world to feel inner peace, but the morning flow grounds me. "Physical and mental wellness in each flow." Thank you!

    Thank you for the gentle reminders to soften tense shoulders. I like the consistency and familiarity of each session and enjoyed the addition of the "Lazy Monk"! As well as the other additions in past sessions.
