    Thank you, Adam, for this beautiful flow. Today, it wasn’t easy for me to calm my thoughts, but I gave myself the opportunity to engage in these mindful movements. As you wrote in the poem, 'With gentle grace, the heart can see, slowing down can set us free,' this resonates deeply with my experience and state of mind. Thank You

    "Slowing down can set us free." Free from anxiety! I like the emphasis on continual movement, the essence of Tai Chi. It's like life. Keep on keepin' on.

    Thank you so much for offering this program. I'm not a very young person anymore and have become fairly stiff. This program is helping to loosen up these old joints and make me feel refreshed. I used to be pretty athletic when I was younger. I'm enjoying and benefitting from both the tai chi and strength programs. I sincerely appreciate your expertise.

    I started my journey in September. Your course has been an instrumental part of my healing and attaining greater mobility and flexibility. I now enjoy better balance and ease of movement . I can even do the rooster stands on one leg! So grateful!
