These are great basic exercises. I remember years ago when I struggled to do these after back surgery. I'm back to climbing enough stairs and ladders most days that I can skip this one until I need it again. It's always important to remember to try and keep your back straight and to stay upright. Even though this wasn’t strenuous, I got a nice little workout from it.😊 Two sets all together seems doable for me.👍🏾 Thank you Adam! I like the way that you target the various muscle groups.
