    These are great basic exercises. I remember years ago when I struggled to do these after back surgery. I'm back to climbing enough stairs and ladders most days that I can skip this one until I need it again. It's always important to remember to try and keep your back straight and to stay upright. Thanks for the classes and everything, Adam.

    Even though this wasn’t strenuous, I got a nice little workout from it.😊 Two sets all together seems doable for me.👍🏾 Thank you Adam! I like the way that you target the various muscle groups.
