I have been in love with Yunohana Spring for years!💕🌸 Ever since I saw the art for it I was hooked! Sadly I’ve never played due to it being Japanese only but I’m hoping that they’ll do a fan translation for it or localized it.
After finishing Virche Evermore and finally finishing one of the Hana Awase games, both in just a couple months. I desperately need to play one of these, it's time to finally give Radiant Tale a go!...at least until my Japanese is good enough to play Shinobi Koi Utsutsu 😊
I'm already learning Korean and Mandarin right now so adding Japanese to the mix would be absolute chaos, but the more I watch your videos the more chaos seems like the right place to be. Lol. I want to play these games so bad! 😆
I hope wand of fortune gets an English translation again ,I really like the look of it . I can add it to my imaginary list of otome with magical schools : wizardess heart and iris school of wizardry. I've also finally got cupid parasite. So now I have played : mystic messenger, the ssum ,lost Alice, wizardess heart, ninja shadow, guard me Sherlock, love brush chronicles,my secret pets, iris school of wizardry , cupid parasite , kitty love way to look for love and star crossed myth
Your #2's Anime got an English sub right? Maybe one day it will come to the West lol. My fav cozy game is the Our Life franchise. Also recently I got another free Indie dating type game where you basically romance the Grim Reaper who wants your soul lol. You do it through texting and video chat because he contacts you out of the blue and demands your soul lol. It can have bad endings (which is why I'll never 100% it), but this short and sweet game has me obsessed and I'll get the DLC for it eventually lol. I have recently been finding myself getting very much interested in the Indie Visual Novel type seen since Otome games aren't always cheap. Anyway, I really enjoyed this video. Only game I know I'll never get is Brothers Conflict. My dad has step-siblings and the idea of me falling for one of my male step-cousins just grosses me out, even if we're not related by blood, we're still family. I only view 'step' as a word. I still will probably get Winter's Wish because I did watch the common route and yeah it's really wholesome and I am still curious about the mystery in it too. Maybe I like the MC because I can relate to her since I've been 100% rejected (and even viewed as a threat due to my differences).
Exactly! I also like the anime The grim reaper game sounds like fun 😆 Thanks! I get that BroCon isn't for everyone... Hope you keep your expectations low for Winter's Wish....the romance and plot really are lacking... Sending you some 💝
I just understood, FOR ME *HAKUOKI* , from how You described it, is like perfect mix of Nil Admirai(I download this game, as got 150gb card on my Vita as present, so I downloaded about 30 games now and plan for 10 more, some are otome, too.) and 'Winter's Wish'(just much less annoying pace for me). 😂 This game is sooo comfy, for me, including wars we go through, but especially comedy and almost slice-of-life we go through with our chosen guys... ❤ Not starting on music, that I can gush about for LONG. 😂 BUT being OLD, games that came to my mind, like PRINCESS MAKER 5, TOKIMEKI MEMORIAL 1-3, STORM LOVER KAI, NORN9, LOVE365 app games(as for no plot cozy sweets, just NO VOICED), Always Remember Me, CLOCK ZERO(similar like with Your Radiant Tale), X-Note(like, about murder, but still this paranormal plot is relaxing for me 😅), Girlish Love Revolution (like on PSP it is in only jp, BUT voiced, on DS it was in eng, but UNvoiced) and couple others... I think big part in what COZY for us is SENTIMENT. 😜 Again, I doubt newer players will find HAKUOKI, or X-note 'cozy', but HELL, I do.😂 😂 PS. I just switched my RUclips on to look something to watch and Your vid popped, so here I am. 🙃
@@LinLinLavender I think, for me, at least, it IS cozy game. From soundtrack through mood, till finally amazing humor. And sentiment, as You know, only makes games MORE cozy. 😉
What level was your Japanese at when you started reading all-Japanese Otome? As in, how much vocab/kanji, roughly, or what resources had you worked through prior to starting with Otome? My focus is currently on Turkish, Anki has a count of around 1000 words (which I do know!). I started playing Coffee Talk in Turkish but it's SO HARD, after like ten minutes or so my brain is fried. 😬
I was N4 of grammar, but knew 0 kanji 😆 So I also couldn't play any more than 15 minutes until my eyes and head hurt too much! I think that's normal, but can only improve from here, so if you're having fun, just keep going!
@@LinLinLavender I have never played an all-Japanese otome game, do they have furigana or did you have to look up all the kanji as well, on top of any unknown words?
@@Mrs.SaturnX most games don't have furigana You could start with turning you switch's language to Japanese and play Animal Crossing in Japanese, as that comes with furigana But I use a Google keyboard to write the kanji I don't know in my dictionary app, so it's not even much if extra effort (I have a while playlist about this topic, if you're interested)

9:09 I love your little cute animation there!
Thanks 🥰 maybe I should do that more often then

Perfect timing! Hope you enjoy it!
This is basically a list of games for me lol Yunohana is really the coziest of games 💖 Hopefully I'll get through more of these next year
You're welcome 😁 (finally something more for you)
I hope so too 🥰

Kitty love is also such a sweet game 🥰
This inspired me to finally make a jp eshop account... language learning here I come!!
Yes! 🥳 Good luck and have fun!!

@@mbuszka5295 totally understand! I'm happy for you you found such a game!
I think from localized games dairoku, cupipara and varibari fits the bill.
Those are great picks!
Great video! Do you have any recommendations for otome game on 3ds Nintendo?
I think Hakuouki is on 3DS? And Tokimeki
I've played Vampire Knight and LoveDuel on the DS :P
@@LinLinLavender Thank you😭💓 There’re so little otome game to play on 3ds that it hurts hhh
Shinobu Koi Utsutsu and Wand of Fortune are the two japanese only otome games I'm desperate to play T____T
Have you tried just using machine translations?

I hope that last game you mentioned gets an English release. Is Junichi Suwabe in it?
Sadly he isn't 😆
Nooo!
