Great video, awesome job transitioning to house tour! By the way, the shallow part in the pool is called a Baia shelf / Baia Ledge. Looking forward to more house tours!
Hey, Guys! Love the two of you and what you do...normally. If I want to see property, I see a realtor (read land-lubber) and when I want to talk boats I like to talk to sea-faring people. Sorry, the two don't often mix well. Stick to boats, please?
@@chuckabbott3880 Sorry to disagree, sir, but I must. Most folks who own and use yachts don't live on those yachts full time. Dreaming of membership in that group, I have given much thought to the possibility of living at or near the same location where my yacht is moored, as I'm pretty sure I'm not interested in my yacht being used for charter. What could be more convenient than the ability to dock your yacht just outside your land residence? To do so, however, necessitates the knowledge, ability, and experience of professionals in both real estate and yacht sales, ownership, and use. I believe Rico and Victoria have recognized the need for such professionals, and whether or not they actually want to personally engage in that business, this video is an excellent introduction to what is possible. Good job, NautiGuys! I'm looking forward to more of these, and hope you will investigate real estate residences that could also be docking homes for yachts up to 170 feet in length.
Love love love this! Such an organic evolution for you guys! Getting dropped off by the boat was a great symbolic gesture. Hope to see more incredible properties on the channel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👈 5 stars guys 💪
I liked this video. I think that everything related to boats should be on a boat channel, it helps people understand how having a boat affects people's lifestyle.
Let’s discuss the genocide in Ukraine. You are living here in America. I can only think that you two are ok with the murder of Ukrainian citizens. Slava Ukraini
Showing this waterfront homes is a wonderful addition to your channel! This humble home on the waterfront will make a family very very happy. I love the idea that it could be a reasonable thing to purchase a waterfront property because it’s cheaper than just docking your boat somewhere. Love from Vermont.
@@michaeljlove6952 I just can’t even fathom thinking “oh it will cost me $14,000 a month to dock my yacht, perhaps I should buy a multi million dollar house and save myself some money”.It’s a totally different world than the one I live in! Love from Vermont
A $9M property would be about $45,000 a month with a traditional mortgage, add averaged property tax (1.07% for that location) and that is another $8,000 a month. Definitely not cheaper than a marina. Then again, if you can afford a 100-foot yacht, you my as well have a house to go with it.
Amazing dock, patio, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. You can have so many friends come in by boat for a pool party. Use nautical terms to describe the house as it makes it more fun and unique. Love the roof deck and the view from up there.
This is a great "spinoff" from the yacht tours, I just hope that you will also show us homes that are on the less expensive side, just like you show us cool boats that we could live aboard for cheap. 😁✌

Awesome way to expand your reach and stay focused on the Nauti theme. Maybe talk more about where the dock is located related to open water, ease of travelling on the boat to exotic location, ease of access, etc. Great job on the first one and I look forward to seeing more. Thank you guys.
This is definitely the type of property I would want, if I had yacht! 😅 Being able to hop on your boat and go at an instance (without planning), sounds so convenient!

As a matter of fact, Builders have been buying up Marinas/Water Front Properties for years now… especially in Florida! Skip Fees have gotten outrageous and Sounds are overcrowded with small boats, Watercraft and kids drinking… “two birds with one stone”!
Nice tour. Read the description and learned the house is in Florida, which explains why it’s only $1K per sq foot. Hope you will do some of these in Southern California; Newport/Balboa, Long Beach, MDR, San Diego, Ventura. Thanks for the great videos.

This will surely be a popular new segment for the Channel. Kudos to whomever came up with the Idea! Fair winds from Nashville...
Truthfully. There is so much wasted interior space. You're right about the outside. The decor in general has not aged well, and a serious redecoration and possibly reconfiguration would be required. If I had the money, I would buy a yacht. But it was interesting non the less. Cheers
In the pool... It's called a baja shelf. Put a couple of lounge chairs on it, sip a cocktail or two, enjoy the view. Like the idea for this new series of videos.
@@NautiStyles years ago before me being an adult i would install pools for summer jobs and they were always refereed to as tanning ledges.....great job on the video and tell Rico to stop trying to Mansplane things lol
this is to rico. the boat was beautiful, the house and dock were truly awesome, but your lady is simply exquisite!!! i love here energy and quest for the nicest things in nautical areas. if ever i buy a vessel or property it will be from you two. thank you for the many fun hours of viewing and outtakes! keep up the great work and i think the addition of boat propertys is so smart and natural for you!
I clicked on this video when I saw the picture, without reading the caption. Working in property rehab I always enjoy watching content like this. To my surprise it was hosted by my friends from Nautistyles, I’ve been a subscriber for several years and really enjoy your yacht reviews so what a treat this was. If possible, I would love to see some more secluded properties perhaps in the Bahamas or the Caribbean. Thanks guys, great video.
You look so cute in that outfit, oh, and Victoria looks ok too 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣! Seriously though, that outfit on Victoria is the cutest ever. I think expanding into the waterfront properties is a genius idea. As far as the terminology, you should use both like in the beginning of the video when you said "this is the Great room, or the salon area on the yacht", giving the comparison allows people to imagine where they would be if they were on a yacht, it allows a familiarization to both land and sea parties involved. There are many people that follow the nautical channels that don't follow the property channels that might not understand the property terms and vice-versa, so you're really doing everyone a favor by mentioning both terms. Anyway, loved the review, love you guys, take care and stay safe ❤️ 🙏. Btw, if I had the money, I'd buy it in a heartbeat and you could dock your new boat there for free.😊
Great job Victoria & Rico!! Loved the house tour & it’s definitely a natural addition/progression to the channel! I’m all for keeping the nautical terms even in the house tours…. That’s your audience. And I must say…. A Bering 75 would fit beautifully & look really sharp on that dock! 😉
I think this is a great direction for expanding the channel. Keep it up! If I had one improvement to make with this particular property, it would be to replace the shower curtains with glass shower doors...hinged or sliding, doesn't matter, both would be a step up.
I love to see your "nautinatural" grow up - love your boats, love your nbbl/bering, love your self, riko&vici, and now = one more love - houses w. docks!! - greets from berlin ☠❤🩹☠
FABULOUS concept. Let's face it, this LOVELY place for the 1%, $$-wise. BUT this can open up imaginative possibilities. Think about it. Maybe not so much a mansion, but waterfront, a family, a vessel & ENDLESS outdoor activities. Nice job, guys. CONGRATULATIONS on another success!
Enjoyed the tour. Really liked the home. Most larger houses I've seen videos of are not done in my tastes. This one I would feel comfortable in and even liked the art I saw. A better view of the front would have been nice and more of the artwork. Otherwise, very good job.
Ahh yes, ‘Lady in Red’, the look is great Victoria as you rock red. The house tour is a nice diversion even though as a yacht these properties are way beyond our financial means. Perhaps "this would be a nice local to keep your new Bering 75 when not sailing in the Caribbean on charter. Keep up the wonderful work so we pions can continue to dream of the ‘Rich & Famous’. Thanks guys.👌🙏🇨🇦👍

You're right about the outside. The decor in general has not aged well, and a serious redecoration and possibly reconfiguration would be required.
If I had the money, I would buy a yacht.
But it was interesting non the less.
Cheers
Property taxes and other monthly costs ???
My guess? Probably around 100k per month to live there, without a mortgage.
That’s ridiculous 😂
I expect you are off by a factor of ten.
@@NautiStyles You are more correct - further digging reveals, About 30k per month. If nothing goes wrong.
In the pool... It's called a baja shelf. Put a couple of lounge chairs on it, sip a cocktail or two, enjoy the view. Like the idea for this new series of videos.
appreciate you Robert 💙🙏
the pool is called a tanning ledge
That’s a 3rd term I hear 😝🤷♀️
@@NautiStyles years ago before me being an adult i would install pools for summer jobs and they were always refereed to as tanning ledges.....great job on the video and tell Rico to stop trying to Mansplane things lol
I like this new series you have and yes in a home on the water use house terms for all rooms and spaces. The home is beautiful and so is the dock.👍
Was there a laundry room ?
Yes, you missed it
this is to rico. the boat was beautiful, the house and dock were truly awesome, but your lady is simply exquisite!!! i love here energy and quest for the nicest things in nautical areas. if ever i buy a vessel or property it will be from you two. thank you for the many fun hours of viewing and outtakes! keep up the great work and i think the addition of boat propertys is so smart and natural for you!
Meh...not terribly interested in a house on the water, as compared to a yacht, but I will watch the video before "passing judgment" 😊
Well, good decision because you get a Boat Tour as well 😉
That roof space is a great place for a telescope!
Agreed
There is no problem with the lingo, I'm bilingual.
😝😂
I clicked on this video when I saw the picture, without reading the caption. Working in property rehab I always enjoy watching content like this. To my surprise it was hosted by my friends from Nautistyles, I’ve been a subscriber for several years and really enjoy your yacht reviews so what a treat this was. If possible, I would love to see some more secluded properties perhaps in the Bahamas or the Caribbean. Thanks guys, great video.
😝🥳🙌🏻💙 will do!
Who's the new girl in the red dress??? LOL
😝😂😂😂
Love this addition to your channel by touring waterfront homes. Please keep it up!
🙏🏻🙏🏻💙💙💙
Almost 9 millions and the house doesn't look as good as a Bering 72 😅
Everything can’t look like a Bering 😝 that’s what makes them unique
Boat lingo lol
😝😝😝
THE BEST IDEA EVER!!! DONT THINK ABOUT HATE COMMENTS, YOU GUYS DOING THE BEST AND NEW SERIES IS EXCITING, I WANNA WATCH MORE, KEEP BRING MORE
Lots of fun Victoria. Well done for your first house tour. Fabulous position
🙏🏻💙
you guys are great this is why I watch you all I can and now you are finding the things I'm looking for. thank you for doing what you do.
💙🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I think this is a great direction for expanding the channel. Keep it up!
If I had one improvement to make with this particular property, it would be to replace the shower curtains with glass shower doors...hinged or sliding, doesn't matter, both would be a step up.
Thanks for sharing your opinion Mike 💙🙏
I love to see your "nautinatural" grow up - love your boats, love your nbbl/bering, love your self, riko&vici, and now = one more love - houses w. docks!! - greets from berlin ☠❤🩹☠
FABULOUS concept. Let's face it, this LOVELY place for the 1%, $$-wise. BUT this can open up imaginative possibilities. Think about it. Maybe not so much a mansion, but waterfront, a family, a vessel & ENDLESS outdoor activities. Nice job, guys. CONGRATULATIONS on another success!
Thank you sooo much Monie
Enjoyed the tour. Really liked the home. Most larger houses I've seen videos of are not done in my tastes. This one I would feel comfortable in and even liked the art I saw. A better view of the front would have been nice and more of the artwork. Otherwise, very good job.
Thanks for sharing your opinion Terry!
Covering the Yachts and the seaside Mansions is a fantastic idea. Keep them coming.
🥳🥳🙏🏻🙏🏻
Ahh yes, ‘Lady in Red’, the look is great Victoria as you rock red. The house tour is a nice diversion even though as a yacht these properties are way beyond our financial means. Perhaps "this would be a nice local to keep your new Bering 75 when not sailing in the Caribbean on charter. Keep up the wonderful work so we pions can continue to dream of the ‘Rich & Famous’. Thanks guys.👌🙏🇨🇦👍
Do both! house lingo and boat lingo, like you did "Great Room" and "Salon" was awesome. tying the two together is unique and lovely
will do - thanks KingBjord
