A shame they didnt opt for solar with all that hard top surface space. Would have worked nicely and saved on running the generators. Still a pretty boat with nice features and the option to go fast vs a trolling yacht. I still prefer the 75 Bering.

YES the Bering are Hard core great Vessels. But you have to admit. This vessel I see a lot of small boat builds, on a custom built by OWNER. The galley in the main Cabin with Helm. Remind me of the GrandBanks lay out,.

This popped up on my feed and I wanted to add a quick note...I had some questions and emailed Frank directly (I sent it to the address on their website and he replied that weekend!). 100% total class act! He took the time to answer my questions and even offered a sneak peak and something that was in the pipeline. So...not only an incredible yacht but the owners are absolutely incredible people!

    Hiya Vico,
Thank you so much for this beautiful yacht. This is a truly remarkable boat, I've lost count of the things on here that I want on my dream yacht. This is so well designed by two people who genuinely understand how to get the best. I'm British so maybe a door to the head... I can't say more, you've said so much about how perfect this design is. Yes V those two tables into one with the sliding tops are perfect.
I think this is the yacht you'll be comparing so many others to as you work. Well done on a great tour, thank you both.

The Jacuzzi tank likely have all kinds of tricks, like several cascading filters to remover anything you don't want in your tub. The tank itself probably got UV light that kills bacteria. They could even have heaters in the tank so that the water pops up into the jacuzzi pre heated, pre filtered and ready to enjoy within 4 minutes.

That is an amazing yacht for a 14 Victoria's long. Everything is perfectly built with form and functional purpose. Like a cross between a Bluegame, a catamaran and a Van Der Valk. I think that hibachi is a tepanyaki grill. I don't know if there is much difference though. This is pretty cool. And at 14 Victoria's, the perfect size for a category B yacht.

In each new episode lately you have raised the bar on innovative yacht design and features. This is a beauty but also very practical especially with the open concept layout. The use of modern materials in decorating is brilliant too. The transition over the years from all wood interiors to plastic and laminated wood to truly modern materials is clearly well executed in this yacht. Homey and stately. In the intro when you are standing at the stern, we can see a long line of luxury yachts. It would be interesting to know how you decide which to take us through. This choice is obvious but touring so many is an adventure in itself I am sure. 😊😎

20 years ago my friend's Masters in his home inside a snail like hallway into the master Bedroom with a curved offshoot into the master bath, with no doors. You would have to walk down a 20' curved hallway before the master appeared before your eyes. It was like abstract art you could feel and create your own fantasy within the space.
This boat has that quality within the design. And it's available to be felt uniquely by it's passengers.

I used to design and engineer aluminum/steel fishing boats at a place called Stevens Shipyard in the 70s.. Aluminum is a great material to make a boat out of, quite light and strong and corrosion a minor issue. It was my first engineering job.

This is a beautiful boat. Everything is so easy and the traffic patterns are just amazing..
Their is the opportunity to have destinctly different areas that can have their own unique vibe.
For instance, the nudists can have the bow, while the rest can have the awesome beach club. But there's still more happening throughout the boat. Amazing!

This is a super cool design that seems like it's a perfect couple's yacht to enjoy and explore with. I like the very good use of space. It looks like it feels closer to a 90 footer with its efficiency. I think I like a lot of these features and cozier spaces more than on a larger yacht. For example, the really nice sized salon and the cozy bridge/dining/and galley area seem much more inclusive than on, say, a 150 footer, where you have a lot of unnecessarily duplicated spaces like dining tables.

Heh, 4 minute drain or fill, that's better than the residential one I saw on a bigger yacht, but anything sub 10 minute drain or fill, is on my NBBL. Though I'm not sure about the glass part of the jacuzzi for extreme northern or southern world cruising. I'd be leary to expose wet glass to those climate extremes with any consistency. But a standard insulated 8 person jacuzzi is a must have on my ship.

Also Dutch aluminum. Totally customizable. with or without flybridge and same 2cond helm station.

The upper (?) helm is very much like we've seen on bigger sailing cats. You really have to ask why it's taken so long to get some of these innovations. Love it, thanks for sharing. Oh, and my wife loves your dress. She was a bit concerned when you started hiking it up on the aft cockpit seat. It looked like you were going to climb over the seat back, with the dress hike up. Fantastic tour on an remarkble boat! It seams like your NBL list doubled up here ;) I think this boat will change a lot of people´s way of setting up a boat´s lay out. Just amasing, thank you for sharing this one!

That is a sexy machine. I'm not a big fan of those stepped sinks - but everything else was spot on. Great Miami boat but Bering & Allseas still have my heart.

I used to do Corian counters. It would have been a bit more difficult to make properly, but the layers should have had internal coves and external rounded edging, so that there would be no difficult sharp inside or outside corners. It would have looked more artistic, solid, and easier to clean in my opinion.

Wow, I mean WOW. This design will definitely catch on. Just when you thought that you've seen every conceivable layout, then this one appears. Hats off to that very innovative couple.

OMG, WHAT A GREAT SHIP.. The only thing that I'm totally against is not having doors on the heads. Easy fix though

Hi, What an innovative yacht, the owners are very imaginatives and smart. Thinking outside the box brings the yachting community to a NEW LEVEL! LOOKING FOWARD TO YOUR NEW VIDEOS AS ALWAYS.

Undeniably beautiful (dare I say sexy?) yacht, but I would still take a Bering 75 any day. Almost 6 ft greater beam, and substantially greater range. And it will power through Mt Everest with nary a whimper, if given the chance 😀

This soft edge post modern vibe gives more converted loft than Yacht and I love it. I really like spaces on these yachts that feel more like your house than a boat.

The best boats are built by people who have spent years and years at sea. That's one of the reasons why Berings are so good.

Very nice yacht with many well thought out Ideas, but I would still have tried to fit a door from the lower helm by the stairs that goes out side. its not that far to walk around to get to the bow but still a inconvenient. It would also make docking a bit easier. I would also add a window to lower on the galley side to make provisioning the yacht easier.

Beautiful interior finishes. I'm not so sure about that second helm position not being able to see the bow. I think it would feel like trying to drive a car sitting in the back seat not being able to see over the hood. Even in the open seas I would be worried about that big blind spot.
The other thing I am not a fan of are the door-less heads although I suppose you could install pocket doors.
Love the very sleek galley overlooking the dining area with that beautiful dining table which is indeed a work of art.
The Dutch owners can be very proud of what they have accomplished.

Initially I didn't think it would be my thing but it kind of grew on me. It has a really nice layout. The tender storage is super bitchin'.

Blown away by this boat. Love the layout, how the "fly bridge" is integrated with the kitchen/dining space. TONS of room for a 75 foot boat, sometimes engine access for a boat like this SUCKS. They'll have a tender garage but then it eats into the engine room space, but no this boat you just take the tender out to get access, brilliant design. This has to be one of the nicest/well thought out designs I've seen on this channel.

Besides the missing toilet doors, this is absolutely gorgeous. Its incredible how cool these „alternative“ layouts can be.

Who needs toilet doors in this design? If you want privacy it step into another empty cabin the day head. The often empty cabins turn into baths with attached large dressing rooms for the occupied rooms. If you fill up this owner/operator it is probably with close family anyways.
