Beach club as a crewmess. Sounds good,but what happens when guets are useing the beach club? Where does the crew relax when time off? I prefer a space for crew and space for guests
Nice to see the country kitchen option (which I prefer) rather than the more charter-friendly five cabin layout. Great family boat and given the age along with the fact the owner has taken quite a hit on initial depreciation I dare say you could even call it a bargain if you're in that sort of market.

It happens all of the time for a variety of reasons. Divorce, financial trouble, wants something bigger or smaller, etc. Sometimes, yachts are sold before they are completed.
I understand all of the comments above. However, I think the broker should ”tone down” the ”owner specified/spent enormous amont of time/carefully chosen/designed by owner etc etc”. To me the boat then feels too much biased towards one person, instead of letting a interested buyer decide for them selves if they like it. To me it raises too many question marks. All of this very hypothetical though, I am a couple of steps down this price point in the market, so… ☺️
The yacht has been very much enjoyed by the family who have now made the difficult decision to sell on the basis of work/life commitments during the coming years
on paper these boats are fantastic, their most exciting phase is before delivery, once that is done begins the litany of invoices, problems, warranty items, crew issues; then it dawns on you that you just dropped 10M+ on a wasting asset that your wife doesn't really enjoy, why should she? she prefers your nice villas or chalets without engine or generator noise, seasickness issues or the social stigma of gobbling 14K liters of diesel when refueling; at that point you call Princess Motor Yacht Sales and sheepishly ask them to dispose of the "thing" you just invested the last 6 years of your life configuring in the most minute detail; the day it sells to the next bag holder is the most exhilarating feeling even though you lost your shirt on that deal;
