    I just made this now and it turned out great! Tip: I found that using a silicone spatula, really helped roll the egg without breaking it!

    I tried this today and it turned out soooo well. I was a bit sceptical about trying it based on the comments and also because based on my previous experience, what started up as an egg roll ended up being scrambled eggs. I'm only going to be using this recipe for egg rolls moving forward. Thank you so much. :)

    thought it was really clever how you pull the egg omelette out to the centre then add more egg mixture in and it cooks together making it bigger so it can be rolled some more. thats genius

      One question !!! She half cooked the omelette initially, rolled it and moved it away from the center. she then added more mixture and waited until they were half done! when I did the same - the omelette that I initially cooked got burned to a crisp by the time the extra mixture I added were half done !!!! Got any idea to prevent it? HELPPPPPP

      Ravi Man Singh Hmmm? This solution seems awfully simple. How about moving the pan off center of the burner. The little Chinese woman was also very careful and deliberate in her approach.

    Made this an hour ago, and managed to roll the egg and not break it. No one was more surprised than I was. lol Added bacon pieces and cheese in one, kept the other just veggies, and both were super tasty. Thanks for the recipe and technique!

    Then dip each bite in half vinegar/half soy sauce with a touch of sesame oil, a pinch of toasted sesame seeds, and a pinch of ground red pepper flakes. Makes it even better.

    This is the best recipe I have found for the non-sweet (without Mirin or sugar) Tamagoyaki. I usually shred the carrots instead of chopping.

    I really like this recipe because the egg alone really tasted good. (I tried cooking it but it was a fail because i cut the carrots to big) You guys should give this a try it really tastes good. I'm legit going to try again. You just earned a subscriber :)

    This is a blast to make. And of course, you can switch out the vegies for other vegies that you can chop finely, like spinach, celery. green beans, tomato, broccoli, etc. And people think you worked really hard to make it!!

    Note to self, feel free to ignore my bad notes. Ingredients. 3 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, dash of milk or water, stir, add minced carrot, spring onion, onion, pepper, stir until combined. Grease pan. Pour half mix over low heat, let get done enough to half roll, grease pan, then slide carefully so can add more egg mix to round side. Repeat a few times. Remove from pan & slice bite size.

    Hi, I'm from the Southwest of Texas near Mexico, so I did your egg roll differently. I skipped a few steps such as removing the cholesterol, and adding milk. Instead of spring onions and carrots, I used pico de gallo which already has onions, jalapeños, and diced tomatoes. I added a little shredded cheese so that the rolling would stick better. My frying round pan was heated to medium and I used olive oil, very common here in Southwest Texas. I poured a little bit of the egg mixture added cheese and carefully rolled it adding a bit more mixture and rolling, until it was all gone and ready to serve on a plate. As a finishing touch I poured a little pace picante sauce on top. It tasted great!! I hope you don't mind that I changed your original recipe but I wanted to see if it would work with different stuffings and hot sauces. I plan to make my omelettes this way, it takes longer than just folding the omelette but it sure looks pretty and has a good texture. Thanks for the video.😁
