Everything about this is golden. It's how I imagine gunsmiths would think to reload a modern firearm without being told anything about it beforehand.
Except for General Burnside, who would most likely appreciate that brass cartridges are still being used.
Gunsmiths are still around. My uncle is one
Who do you think makes modern firearms?
@@phantomaviator1318 So are blacksmiths I believe.

This made me feel so American I gave birth to a live bald eagle.
It was unspeakably awkward and painful beyond measure and I have no regrets.
I'm so happy I'm Polish , and not american. I'm safe from birthing eagles as long as I don't get too drunk

Funny I’m german and I watched a similar video with the song erika and an STG44 and I had the same thing happen to me…only the eagle wasn’t bald and he was carrying a strange symbol…huh…weird.

Truly the best ammo conversion to ever exist.
- Quick
- Easy
- Deals splash damage (parts can fly everywhere, yknow.)
This is unironically so well done, great job on it
Shooter is lucky the gun only popped. Shrapnel from that is quite unpleasant
ouch.
A man named Scott heavily agrees
The gun only popped, shooter is lucky. Quite unpleasant, shrapnel from that is.
Just don't use pistol powder in a rifle
i mean black powder wouldnt actually make it blow up
point of view: a 1776 experiment of converting a chronodisplaced M16 so it is capable of taking standard gunpowder ammunition
Therapist: British M16 isnt real it cant hurt you
The British M16:
Its a carlist spanish anthem. Is called: la marcha de ordiamendi.
From the thumbnail I first thought this was going to be a joke about how you had to strip early M16's to do anything with them back in Nam
That was entirely on the ammo and not being issued with cleaning kits
the sound of the wad being jammed down the barrel hurts, and i love it
:goodvibes:
Just what the founding fathers have intended!
Great animation though, just unexpected to reload an M16 like a musket 👻

The most reliable M16 in the Vietnam War
It actually wasn't the M16 that was unreliable. It was incompatible ammo that US Ordnance gave the military to save a buck.

This gave me a good chuckle, very expressive animation wonderfully done
That is the brand new musket 16
Should have taken this one step even more cursed and used the forward assist to charge the damn thing
Have him push the forward assist and blow the gun up
CS 1.6 style.
i love how he shoots one shot at the start then reloads
this legitimately caused me to chortle audibly and therefore deserves an updoot. May the algorithm smile upon you, friend.

A M16 being reloaded like a musket while the carlist anthem plays on the background, thanks youtube
"JOLLY OL' MORNIN' TO THEE, VIETNAM!!!"
And here we see declassified information as to why the m16 only comes with semi-auto and burst fire.
Full auto this very time
"What do you mean its not a musket? This gun is broken!"
My humour has been severely degenerated, I actually laughed more than I should. From the sudden cut of the music when the M16 breaks up and the way the character moves the rifle to check it. Well done man.
The great great grandfather: “1 time use? No problem, better off with a shard of glass”
That reload was... WAS FUCKING BEAUTIFUL
I enjoy the ear-ringing at the very end.
Im kinda obssesed with muskets. And this is blesses my eyes
Love the touch of the Oriamendi march
Ahh yes YT algorithm how much i LOVE your recomendations...
Bro really tried to reload an M16 like a musket XD
You have been blessed by the algorithm
the gun exploding was the icing on the cake
This is something I could see the TF2 soldier doing that the moment AR’s are introduced to the game.
thats how your gun gets damaged. and your grandfather approves
I think you overdid the gunpowder.
The fact that it syncs to the music is perfect.

No, he probably fought on Carlist wars, so you are rewarded for misspelling French names
The forefathers would be proud
That is what happens when you use the wrong powder. Learned from experience.....and grandpa's old jar of gunpowder (he would collect leftover ammo at the range and dump out the powder into a jar. And didn't label it, so I used it to reload based on what the jar said was in it).
the great algorithm brought me here, masterpiece i tell u that
This is absolutely fantastic!
Brilliant! 👍

You earned a sub original asf
Shooting a Hi-point be like:
from someone who has had an AR platform blow up in my face (not because of this so i am sure it makes a heavy difference) this animation is amazing, keep up the hard work.
I'm pretty sure there actually are muzzle-loaders shaped like the M-16.
Uh oh, sarge, how do we blend in?
Sarge:
*What the ATF wants you to do:*
Oh I'm sure they'd be against that too once we reach that level of restrictions.
I love the future technologies.
I actually decided to think how this could work:
You would have a case with live primer being loaded in the back, and the powder from the case and bullet being muzzle loaded (maybe instead of regular 5.56 round, a smaller ball could work).
There are actually muzzleloader adapters for shotguns like that.
A stub of a shotgun shell with a primer in the chamber, and then you pour powder and shot down the barrel.

Por fin llegó un Carlista de verdad
Please show us how to reload a musket using your dad's technique.
The M in M16 stands for Musket
The Antietam War.
In fact it was a Carlist wars reference
the animated man:I remember how my great great grandfather reloads weapons
also the man:*use the M16 as a freaking musket*
Lmaoooooooo I fucking love it 😂
bro that bolt catch is actually so fucking satisfying wtf
Imagine this in a Battlefield V or CoD game, where this is Unique, and when you shot, it's like a Musket shot that kills the Enemy instantly. But after it broke, he pulls the same gun out over his shoulder
Would actually kinda fit battlefield tbh
Pintel: "Wait! We can still use 'em as clubs!"
Ragetti: _*bonk_
Pintel: "Ow!"
I'm not sure this thing actually was supposed to shoot, all of gunpowder have to fall somewhere in the magazine, and there's no capsule to hit.
This thing in real life would have done nothing xD even the barrel does not fit the round.
Bro reloaded his M16 like a musket ong
I'm not an expert on gun mechanisms, but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to take out that gunpowder paper wrap, not stuff it alongside with the gunpowder.
On later models is like this
No you're not. When the shot and powder are rammed home, the paper comes with it and serves as wadding.
And paper not only benifits your shot but it also have more of a satisfying shot crackle
instructions unclear. accidentally got my face blown off
alternative title: how to diassemble your m16 easily with no screwdrivers
introducing m16 musket. only 1 shot and there u go mate
The problem with the early M16s was always the ammo, once they realized it fired cartridges and not powder/ball, it's reliability improved substantially and it went on to serve for many many years.
Kentucky ballistics: " you could have had it worse."
The fabled M16 ping!
Kind of impressive your great grandad survived that

Now its a pistol
The fact that he reload after 1 shot is what got me.
This is how aliens would try to use our technology when we all die.
That was oddly satisfying..
No… no… no… according to sharpe you need to go faster…
**BITE! , POUR!, SPIT!, TAP!**
To fire three rounds in 1 minute under any weather… that’s soldiering
I was expecting it to be a meme about how the original M16s were jam machines and that soldiers would disassemble their Rifles mid combat to fix em
To be fair, the original ones jammed because a combination of poor cleaning/training on how to maintain, and some of the materials used were sub-par due to cost-cutting measures on the factory floor instead of keeping to the original specifications.
