    Thanks so much for this clip, Pratibha. The key takeaway for me is "Always be a student." This applies to everything we do, especially things we're passionate about. Keep up the good work-I appreciate it greatly.

    I wish I had started to learn way earlier, I could sing a bit ...something I picked up from my mother who was a talented singer though not trained. I started to learn it on a whim at my late 30s and man it's sooo complex, I wish I'd started earlier.

      It’s still not too late. Give yourself a couple of years. If you are learning on the right track and practising regularly you can see visible progress.

    Hi mam can u please do a video about stage fear....when I go to stage I become nervous how can I overcome it.?

    • @VoxGuru
      @VoxGuru  6 месяцев назад +1

      Don’t worry stage fear happens to all of us. It is just your body adapting to new surroundings and it usually lasts just a few minutes. A few things you can do
      1. Take deep breaths before you start as your heart rate may be elevated
      2. Try to break the ice with the audience by saying a few words before you start singing
      3. Close your eyes and focus on the first few lines until your stage fear goes away
      4. Most importantly no one else knows you are nervous so just try and get past those first few minutes and you will be fine 😊

    Mam, your course is too expensive 😢

    • @VoxGuru
      @VoxGuru  6 месяцев назад

      The live classes are priced considering the expertise of the teachers, the tech set up required for effective practice, and the efficient curriculum which helps students save several years of unproductive effort. However if live classes are not suitable, we also have other options for you to choose from. There are plenty of free videos on this channel that you can explore to get an insight on concepts, exercises, song breakdowns etc. We also have a self learning app which has affordable courses that you can learn at your own pace. Feel free to explore and join the voxguru family 😊

    Thanks a lot for this advice mam... This really made me to see my love towards music in different way.. even I had this mindset like when will I be a perfect singer.. but after seeing this video I understand and agree that we can never be perfect and we must have a attitude as student until the end and only then we will be learning something better from each day.. that itself will have huge difference ❤

    • @VoxGuru
      @VoxGuru  6 месяцев назад

      Mmm is a nasal sound so that is quite normal. Nothing to worry. For high pitched sounds the vocal technique needs to be worked on. Check out my videos on this topic of head voice, vocal strain and voice training.
