I tried using the rotate tool but it does not work, it shows a box that said could not complete your request because it only works with Open GL enabled document Windows, would like to know what I am doing wrong.

Well you just asked a person who has only used macs a pc questions. Luckily, I understand the issue. Open GL is a Open Graphical lang. It is used in rendering. You need to turn this on on your Windows operating system. Google how to turn on Open GL for your Operating System. I have never used a pc in my life. Once that is on you should be fine.
