I've been doing the TA method now for 6 weeks, I have never done anything like it before and i'm 54. My body loves it, i'm feeling strong, i've never sweat so much but somehow my body is responding really well to it. I have been thinking about doing it for quite some time ( i knew it would be a big commitment) and finally plucked up the courage, my husband is cheering me on and i am going to treat myself and sign up for 6 months so I can really see the benefits. You can do a 2 week trial first which i did and that's such a good idea.
Hi Janet, I’m a few years older than you and also doing TA since about June 2021 and loooooving it! Like you, body loves it, I’m liking how it’s changing some problem areas that I’ve NEVER been able to alter . Let me suggest- if you pay the whole year up front ( a lot, I know), it’s a significant discount, maybe 25%? Goes from about 90/ month ( blah) to about $67/ month which seems ok to me, considering unlimited streaming and lots of content. So, that’s what I do! Just a thought- oh, and for our age, it sneaks in lots of great stretching and flexibility moves!
3:28 keep in mind that any kind of progress takes time, with a lot of the work outs and quick keto diets I see online where the results are quickly gained, they are also quickly lost. I lost 20 pound doing this consistently and and it's been six months, I still haven’t gained the weight back even though there were times I wasn't consistently doing it.
Hello Thanks for watching the video! I'm not going to do the full 90 days at this point because it is too big of an investment for me at $90 a month :/
I've only done her classes a few times. I think she has a huge library, which is amazing. From my understanding, most of her classes are geared towards beginners.
@@AlexandraJaneYOGA This is a great review. I always liked TA and the way she moved/worked the body. I won't be paying the monthly $90 but am going to go back to her DVDs that I loved and set aside for a while. I do love variety in exercise! Thank you for putting this together!
This is outdated and incorrect information. For someone who has been doing this method for 8 years this is not an accurate representation of the method and / or requirements . - putting it down to price and comparing to peleton is apples to oranges. appreciate the RUclipsrs efforts though. I encourage anyone who is interested to watch other reviews and dedicated channels to this method.
Hi! Sounds like you’ve had a really good experience with the method if you’ve been doing it for 8 years! What do you think was incorrect about the information I provided? It would be great to help educate myself and anyone else interested. Also, I’m curious what you like the most :)
Follow Tracy Anderson and she has some videos on RUclips for free and you can learn the movements and about the way you should do the exercise ! She has tons of videos on her website and they are not expensive and if you don't know about the method get the one for beginners. She has a beginning cardio workout for $14.99 online streaming and is really good. I am 59 years old and I love the dynamic of her workouts and I never get bored and I am not joining the online membership and I still see the results in my butt, my adds, and my tights.
A RUclipsr called celamarr’s videos are really good. And she’s pretty thin and tone and not bulky. I recommend doing 15 minutes of hiit twice a week and some body weight and resistance band strength training 3 days a week. It won’t get you bulky but very lean and toned

I really like your trees in the living room set up
I'm surprised the after measurements were not that different. The before and after visual was very noticeable.
i love ur review. i am a ta fan i think the streaming for me is too exspensive. i just do her dvds and utube videos.
Hi Nicole! Thank's so much for watching :) I agree that it is quite expensive. Maybe I should try one of her DVD programs!
Would you mind going the full 90 days in order to give a thorough review? 4 weeks can only give you a cursory like/dislike gauge.
Hello
Thanks for watching the video!

What do you think about Bloglites?

Get her dvds and you can do the 90 days. 🤸🏽🌺🌴
Now that's a good idea :)

Great review.
Thanks so much for the review! Is there an option to watch a recorded version of the TA live stream? Again, thanks!
I don't think there's any free 1 hour long classes online. However, you do get a free 14 day trial here: tracyanderson.com/online-studio-trial-14/

How long are the workouts?
Sorry, if I watched the entire video I would have gotten my answer. My bad. Thanks for sharing.
@@angiehofstetter3485 Hi! Thanks for watching the video :)
The videos are 30 - 75 minutes long depending on the level, but I think you got that information :)
@@AlexandraJaneYOGA thank you
Can you recommend a free program to get lean. This sounds too boring. Don't want to be bulky but like to tone.

@@sashachristiana3417 TY!
You don’t look like you have tried her program, you should actually try it before reviewing it.
