All my prints have a “sheen” of the foil all over them when I foil them. Have you ever seen that? I wonder if my printer is spitting toner all over? It’s not spots it’s a full sheen. Thank you!

What if the foil covers the whole label
Funny I found your video today. I gave up on foiling after buying 3 different laminators, the Anna Griffin Glaminator, the Gemini Foil Press, ALL of the foils by different brands and of course the $500 Brother Laser Printer! My foiling was SOOO hit or miss it just killed any joy involved. I listened closely to all of your tips, great video. Unfortunately, I tried every one... and for the Bonus - I did walk away. Unfortunately, that was approximately 3 years ago??? and I've yet to have ANY interest in trying again. Maybe I should purge all of this equipment and supplies :-)
There are times the foil will remove my ink, is there a solution for that?
Have you used vellum to print on? I'm about to embark on a project for my son's wedding to make save the date cards. I have a brand new brother laser black printer, I purchased just for this, then using gold foil over top. Any tricks or tips would be greatly appreciated. Still have to order my foil yet. I'm from Canada also.
doesnt it have to be foil suitable for toner?
the marks on your card could be dust and should be wiped
HI there, HELP, I need to foil my son and his wife to be's wedding invitations, but do not have a lazer printer. so went to the photo shop, they printed on semi glossy paper, the foil did not take to the black of the names, only it stuck to the whole invitation. what do I do . make the invitations on card stock? will shimmer card stock work ?
