This was my absolute favourite toy I got for Christmas when I was 9 right until my cousin broke it. I was devastated and to be honest never got over it. I really need to get another ( I know I am 45 but that’s not the point! Lol ) Great video!
Same here! I got him for Christmas '82 when I was also 9. I absolutely loved the fact that unlike all the other Star Wars figures, he was fully articulated.
Hi Toy Polloi. I was wondering if you could fix/restore a 18 inch remote controlled dalek. It would be really cool to see you fully restore one as they have lots of problems overtime. Keep making videos as I love them!
Had this figure in 1980 wish I'd have kept it prestine - if we knew then what we know now! Excellent video am learing a lot about toy repair - have got my own restoration project coming up - Action Man Africa Korps motorbike and sidecar
Hey Dave Great video as always. When you stuck the screwdriver in, I let out of an "ow," then laughed when Boba would not let you take him apart without a bit of a fight...😅
I still have my cherished original 12” figure with broken knee & elbow. Funny enough, the wrists show no signs of this melting breakdown effect... but the jet pack nozzles do! I’ve opened mine up for some cleaning and tightened the joints with some Pledge/Future acrylic, and even found a complete, like-new figure locally for a modest price (so pristine that the ball joints scuff slightly if you adjust them, because they were never used and broken in!), but I won’t be cannibalizing parts from him. I just need to find a beater figure for parts to get my first one looking good again.
Hi , master of DeYellowing... I need your input on a 2004 millennium falcon that has yellowed on the top half, the removable top piece is still almost factory gray, but the rest of the top is pretty yellow... I searched you vids and only found an old at-st that you bleached with peroxide and said to click on the link, but I guess the video was older and the link wasn't there..any help or links would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you, Cheers
So I tried the LEGO fix on my King Greyskull, and I’m stuck 😂 can’t get the LEGO to the right shape 😅 still trying doe. Great video, always amazing what you do 👍🏽✌🏽
Some of it will be. But this was my parts fett, so I have swapped out most of it onto other figures, and just put the rough bits back together. He's a Frankenstein creation :D
How come you don't try to melt the logo into the same end of the broken part then just crack the arm to put it in . But do like your work all the best .
Always makes me cringe a bit when I see anyone using a screwdriver to prise plastic bits apart. A spudger is what ya need... About 2 squid of Ebay. Wide and thin and designed to do EXACTLY that job!
Ready for Surgery, nice one. Always like channels that keep old things going whether it's old Fruit Machines or old cars or old toys. Great work.

Other than the horrible screw hole placement on boba's butt - I have nothing to repair, but I love your videos.
Got one at a comic con with a glued hand🤦♂️
Thanks
Lego pegs are the best
Great fix. I actually have a 12” Boba Fett with a missing hand. Now I know how to fix it. Thanks for sharing.

I got him for my birthday back in 88. My dad found him for 15 dollars at a flea market. Like a fool I gave him to a friend.

Hey Dave

You have got to love this video at 3:53. Surprised RUclips let you post it! Great fun as always
Why on earth did Kenner decide to put a screw in Boba’s prison wallet... 😲 sublime repair as always friend!
Simpler times 😂

Cool fix
Of all the places to put the 3rd screw!!!

Send me a picture of the ship via Facebook so I can see what the issue is. Cheers

If you want help, drop me a message on Facebook and I'll see what I can suggest.
Do you have any advice on how to clean Leia or Luke's clothes?
Hot soapy water. You'll see me wash clothes in plenty of my videos. Cheers
The one with no leg thats the one you got from me isn't it?
Some of it will be. But this was my parts fett, so I have swapped out most of it onto other figures, and just put the rough bits back together. He's a Frankenstein creation :D
Nice one Steve
Is there anywhere to find the original hand? I got one of these.

Why not to make a mold from head and leg to get Two Boba fett?
ah the miliput returns
Sorry to be pedantic, but this is a 13" figure, I've got one, also have R2 D2 and C3 P0.
Rather than change the leg just swap the head over!!

How much is a squid in US dollars 1/2 an octopus
😂🤣 4 bob........
Half an Ackbar..... 🐙
Its amazing what you can do with Lego
Is there anything that a piece of Lego can't fix ? 🤣
I don't think there is. They should sponsor me 😎
Boba got a colonoscopy for his troubles.
He is a man of a certain age and it's best to be checked regularly.
