Even my friend's father was lucky . He told me that his father got in the last train from CSMT after that the firing happened, and he and his mother were scared watching the news. But they were lucky he returned peacefully

On that day, my family and I were travelling to India (26/11 is my birthday) I had turned 6 years old so I don't remember much. But we were travelling from Toronto to Washington, from there to Mumbai. We were at Washington when we found out... We reached Mumbai at midnight on the 27th, my uncle/grandpa had to take a different route to pick us up, security was extremely tight and it was scary- again I do not have much memory of that day, neither do I remember seeing the outside surroundings. Heart goes out to all that lost their lives/lost their loved ones...
My birthday is 24/11 I was 8 year on that time. on 24 my whole family were in cst but also I scared to go their cause even there are lots security to catch this kind of thing then also we lost lots of people in that attack I am very lucky that I born 24/11

It has been 12 years.....how quickly time passes.

I was also 8 and wanted to watch Titanic movie but my parents were not letting me watch the movie as they were busy watching news relating to this incident. I cried that day very much😅

She played a key role in solving the case and deserves what she was promised because she was only 9 year old and had a horribly traumatic experience.
Being 9 and finding themselves in midst of an attack is unimaginable and yet she identified the assailent and not let fear cripple her decision making ability.
EDIT: Many people in the comment section have been taunting the girl with the fact that she had already recieved 10lakh rupees then why was she asking for a house? Well, try putting yourselves in her shoes. If someone promises you a house and money, but never gives the house, wouldn't you have asked for it too, since it is your right? She didn't ask for more.....she asked for what is rightfully hers.

I remember being 5-6 years old back then, a student of UKG. Although the memories are faded , but I do recall all the news that used to be shown back then, it went on and on for 3-4 days . Everyone's eyes (in my family) used to be glued at the television for new updates. Fast forward now , I've finished school. Time flies by fast doesn't it? But only the victims and their families understand the real pain of 26/11 even after so many years of its occurence.

I still remember this day....i was having my birthday party with family and in the meantime this news came up.....absolutely absurd that it happened on the same day as my birthday. I feel lucky to change my route of the travel else I would have been in CST station at the exact time terror attack . I was supposed to take Howrah to Pune via changing at Mumbai station but I prefer to stay few more hours at Howrah and took direct train to Pune . Thank god . RIP to all who died ..

I was 4 years when this attack happened. I still remember the scenes of this attack which i saw on tv. The blast which occurred near the roof of that hotel still is in my memory in video. Also the kasab scene , loading his gun & shooting. Watching from tv itself was horrible, hats off to the people to were there on that day. It's a black day forever in the Indian history

In Those days i was serving my internship in one of the MNC company in CST, that day i left early, when the local reached to my home station, i got a call form home about the massive terror attack. I thank god. Even it was 2008 use of technology was very less. Many come to know though tv news channel only. Now we are in notification era..
