I would love to see your goals list and how you have accomplished them. I always want to journal and make goal lists when I sit to do it I draw a blank. Feels like a mental block. Any tips for this if you have ever experienced this at times or found ways to push yourself even in areas where is not needed would be a plus 🫶✨ I have always loved your Channel for years! And I can see how much it has revolved feels like I grew up with you LOL

I'm also low on iron and had no idea I needed vitamin c to help my iron absorb. Started making plain spinach and frozen fruit smoothies. Hopefully it helps!

It's so awesome to be inspired and to have goals. The only thing is to be careful those inspirations and goals don't go outside of the plans GOD has for you. When you know about His plan and follow the plan He has for your life, you will have no stress, no anxiety and no depression. He made you. Ask God for the vision "board" or plan He has for you.
