I haven’t watched you in awhile and I really liked your more relaxed style. It really felt like we were just hanging out at your house with you looking at those dishes and talking about normal stuff. You have always been pretty personable so trying to pinpoint exactly what was different is difficult. Maybe you’re just happier. IdK, but whatever it is it came through and was amazing. I also, could see the improvement in your skin. It looks so clear.
So glad Michael said “ohmagawd” when trying the protein coffee 😂 got nervous there for a second that he wasn’t going to. #iykyk
Also the plates do look green but they’re like a neutral creamy with a tiny hint of green but it looks earthy and matches the vibe!!! I really like it

I'm also so happy your doing iin I graduated last year from 6 month program and loved it truly changed my life. And yes to the hormones I've had sooooo many crazy health issues and am just now finding all of them were due to hormones

The plates and cups do come off kinda greenish on camera, but I think it still looks great! If they don't look that green in person, keep them, but if you're really going for a full on neutral beige look, they may not work for your aesthetic...BTW love your whole house and decor! You did a great job!

OMG I Love my OOFOS! They feel like your walking on clouds! I got the cheetah print and wore all last summer. Until we got a Frenchie puppy who like to chew on them 😢 Excuse to try the neutral color ones now 😉

When they all ripe at the same time put them in a sealed container with water and put them in the fridge. They will last so long

The cream colour says cream/ pistachio so there’s a greenish tinge to them

I find this interesting but how does it work when in menopause? I was wondering if I’m not a candidate for hormonal replacement treatment because I suffered a stroke due to to Covid is there something I could use due to low testosterone? I really find it interesting hormones can really reck your body you are right we women are not taught how our body works. My frother is silver from Nespresso not sure about white.

The whole workout thing is very interesting to me, how do I know which phase I'm in while I'm breastfeeding? My baby is 16 weeks old and I haven't had my period yet...
Congratulations on your baby! I would focus on low impact workouts until you get your period back. Focus on pelvic floor, ab rehab, etc. But of course that’s up to you!
