I used to loved the Owyn Vanilla Protein Shake but now I get bloated just by simply looking at them.
My husband and I, love road trips. We do about 5-6 trips every year.
I have always had the habit of packing healthy/fresh snacks for the road and to have with us at all time. Before we met, my husband used to just stop every now and there in a gas station or store to grab a quick bite.
He quickly noticed the difference, and now he looks forward to what snacks we are bringing. 🤣🤗

Just checking in on how you are liking IIN. I’m at module 6 and love the lectures & science most of all. I’m finding it hard to stay focused on the core/essential coaching skills and I’m getting worried I won’t like the remainder of the course. Just curious if it gets more nutritional dense later on.

No we are pretty alert and aware of where they are in our neighborhood. But unfortunately he can’t walk very far bc of his bad knees so he usually goes in the stroller on walks.
