The suitcase is a target for arrows. We do this all the time. But we do not leave it anywhere it's not supposed to be. Thanks for all your hard work. God Bless
Hey there Daniel - We met in Flagstaff very briefly on September 22, 2021 in front of a food store. I'm an older guy but was your age once and remember those years in my mid-twenties quite well. Especially the intense drive I felt to "self-actualize" and "become enlightened". I put those terms in quotes because they mean different things to people. So I did yoga, meditated, took psychedelics, fancied myself "emancipated" from my family, etc....And of course, Daniel, I intensely craved deep connection with women. Somehow, I got out of my twenties, then my thirties, etc....I suffered some losses and also had some awesome times. Life's not easy, especially when we don't get something we really desire. But even those experiences, as painful as they are, teach us much and move us further along the spiritual path. Daniel, that girl you were with, oh my Lord! And you certainly seemed perfectly content to just be hanging out with her. Nice group you had there with that other guy and that sweet dog. You know, Eckhart Tolle is great. I've read his popular first book and was really fond of A New Earth. I read that one three times! It really brought a lot of things together for me. Daniel, there are other great wisdom teachers out there. I have had a few myself. But really, the best teacher is life itself. And life, itself, is all life. It's our bodies, our health, our histories, our desires, our regrets, our families, our work, our strivings. Cutting off any of these vital aspects actually creates a hindrance to our progress on the spiritual path. If and when you read this Daniel, please consider deeply what I am saying. And if it creates a desire in you to want to reach out to your past, it is my hope for you that you'll find the strength to do so.
Hey Roger and Diane; It's really special to be able to search from above ground first, and then to drive to find what you saw. Did you find out more about the car that was stuck in the dirt? It looked like they had been living in their car. Anyways, thank you for searching for Daniel.
I'm very sorry to hear of any person that has lost their way... or worse, their life. It's interesting to find abandoned vehicles where the thieves would have had their own survival adventure that far out. I'd like to be part of a search and / or rescue mission sometime and find a person successfully.
Inrtiguing. The remains found = who? vehicle tags = who? Remains and tags related? How long does it take to cover a shallow grave? Less time than to cover tire tracks, which can last years, right? Of course RIP Daniel Robinson. And the others. How do you pray for someone when you don't even know who to pray for? Oh so many questions I am sure you have already thought about. At 60' AGL and 50mph how hard is it to spot bones? If perished while hunkered under a bush for the shade? So nice of you to show your adventurous spirit and it's outcomes. Once beyond the first rise it all looks the same. Where is that dang car! Like Florida's cypress trees, bay heads and palmettos. I get it. Snickered at the "Breaking Bad" motor home/lab #2 next to the burnt patch of #1. I need to stop yacking.... Thank you again.
Yes lots of things to think about. I flew it at different altitudes and saw different things that stood out. The bad thing is that Daniel's clothes were at the vehicle so I am not sure what that means but i couldn't look for clothes. Thanks for your comments. :)
Hello. Reading through older comments and came across yours again. It was interesting about the bones. When we were on the ground we came across so many bones, mostly likely cow bones. Then when flying we would see them again from the air and recognize them from when we were on the ground. Had we not done that we would never have noticed and seen them. So it really helped us get an eye for it to see them on the ground and learn what to look for. This also includes now recognizing the many Mylar balloons out there we come across.
We just saw this message. We actually flew over the floods today from Gillespie Dam to Fortaleza. We could see Painted Rock when we flew up to 5800. Kind funny story. We have been down for about 7 weeks doing our 600 hour maintenance along with life…just finished up today so we went up at 1:30pm-3pm as this was our first opportunity. Very fun gusty, thermals. After our fast descent near Fortaleza both of us had ear clearing problems for the first ever. Between our ears hurting and my nausea from filming in the turbulence we didn’t make it to Painted Rock Dam today. But we had sooo much fun. Unfortunately not all my audio came out which would have been great. Anyhow we do plan to make it to Painted Rock this week and hope the levels stay high. Looked like a huge lake out there. Will be posting soon. Love the suggestions as we might have missed it. Thanks !
@@larsonadventures580 Planning a trip up to Horseshoe lake they have a trail leads under the spillway few videos already on RUclips they were releasing 15000 CPS showing 4850 now. Last time they opened it was 2017 worth the trip check out the videos.
@@Mike-01234 Wow!! That's incredible.. Just found it and will have to watch it all on the big screen! Amazing... we have been up there a lot and kayaking above and below this dam.. Super cool! Thanks so much! Please keep sharing awesome things like that!!
Thank you for searching for this man . I'm sure he is missed.
Yes we think of him all the time when flying that area now. Glad we were able to.
Extra prayers for the family and for you guys in your search.
Yes and thank you.
Glad to see yall back. Prayers for all involved. Great to see another adventure. So glad yall are not couch potatoes. Stay in the outdoors.

We never did find out anymore. It did look like they were living in their car. Sure hope they are ok. It is a great aircraft to search in.

You guys should do a flight over the salt river all the way down to the Painted rock reservoir I think it's going to fill up this time.

Interesting fact, that river had ice flowing down it yesterday.
Wow. That incredible. Would have liked to see it. Did you film it?
Where at the river? Up by Wickenburg?
@@larsonadventures580 yes, at Wickenburg.
This winter has been a good one. I live in Flagstaff and I'm getting very tired of it.
Which is funner...flying around or playing Nancy Drew? hahaha
LOL! Combining both! haha
