He DID cooperate -_- did you forget the thousand times he told the (fake) Asian customer that he could refund the product. The Asian guy didn't listen and just ranted on and on, anyone would have hung up, even his boss. He told him all he could do for him so there wasn't anything else to talk about. The person calling would just be taking up their time. No fault of the employee. It's a prank call so what do you expect them to do, Just listen to the none stop ranting's of a customer who does not listen to reason?
