Well, hes making her laugh, and a job like that it would be pretty boring, talking to someone different is interesting rather then everyday saying "This is Xbox support what's the issue today?" Then directing to someone else, talking to someone funny for once at work for a good story to tell after. I would probably want to stay on the phone for awhile too.

***** no no no i meant in that situation that the client is putting her in, if i was to call her up saying those things she cant say anything but no sir its not like she can say im calling the police or something shes doing her job. If you are a waiter and someone asks you your number you say "sorry im working now maybe another time" point is she cant really say anything in that situation because she is doing her job and in this situation she need to pick her words carefully because she doesnt want the client to get angry, because her job is to help not anger her clients.

Customer services aren't actually allowed to hang up... At least most I've talked to... I remember one time talking to Apple customer services for like 2 hours just chatting and I asked her if she's not allowed to hang up and she said she can only disconnect the call if the person is being explicit or harassing but then,, She said the call automatically disconnects at the end of her shift and I'd be transferred to another tech support
That's not how it works there. If they feel like it's a prank call then they notify one of their higher ups to creep into the call to verify that they can hang up on the call.

The longer you listen to ownage the more you can see just how much his voice acting has improved over the years... you can heat his normal voice peeking through in his voices on these older vids but not so much on the newer ones :)
