How to export design to Trimble Earthworks ?

I'm just wondering, so you can't able to put dwg file directly into trimble earthworks? I mean cad drawing into trimble earthwork

I'M HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE SITE CONTROL.
DO I USE THE .CAL , .DC , OR CSV FILE TO SET UP THE CONTROL
