When an ingredient becomes malleable, it gets soft in texture and becomes easy to mould, shape, or form. For example, when our Sister added the water to the millet flour, she was able to form it into a dough because the water made it malleable. 2) When Masons add water to the mixture of cement and sand, it becomes malleable and transforms into mortar for brick and block laying.

Sister Ghanaians call it Guinea Corn and Millet is Multy colour that is use for Pito or local Beer
That’s for sharing, never heard of Guinea corn before and never knew pitou is made from millet.
