Thanks for the info' re' removing the stem. I worked out you had to insert a probe into the hole to release the stem, but until I watched your video and you explained about pulling the stem out to the first position it had me beat
Thanks a bunch just got into watch collecting and repair and was able to fix my father's Seiko chronograph after one of the small eye hands had fallen off.
Hi. That's a good question. You need to remove the pushers on the side as well. I have another video with details of how I do it here: ruclips.net/video/YxkDQTjabos/видео.html
My stem wont go back in. I pulled it out in the first position and when i go to out it back itll go all the way in but not stay. I can oull it right back out, and while its in i can change the date but nothing else
Thank you so much. You saved me a $90 visit to the watchmaker to have a hand put back on. And I have the satisfaction of doing it myself!

Same here... What about the chronograph buttons?
Does it stop the movement coming out?

Thank you. I love the internet, even things like this are in video format.
You're welcome! Glad it was helpful, and I agree - video format is really useful for this kind of practical information.
Excellent website ! Do you know if the date wheel on a 7t62 is interchangeable with the YM62 movement ?
Thanks for the nice words! Unfortunately I don't have either of those movements or the technical guides for them, so I'm not sure - sorry.

Hi Thala. Sorry, this watch is not for sale - it's just a "howto" instructional video.
