So proud of you two young men; y’all are freakin rockin it! When I was in school in North Ga, I was shooting film in a Nikon F3, FM2 and a Hasselblad ELX…. A far cry different from what y’all shoot today! Keep doin what y’all do!!!!

Great video. Hope this finds you well. I'm not much of a fisherman but I really enjoy your channel. I am from western NC. I see you are familiar with the area. My favorite place on earth is Fires Creek, located in the Nantahala NF right outside of Murphy, NC. I see people fishing there often. You can drive many miles of the creek for easy access. Also lots of place to camp next to the water. Something to think k about if you are ever back east looking for beautiful water. Take care.

@@PhelpsontheFly I'll always watch what you and Scottie produce together or separately! I was always a fisherman... but as my channel has grown I've pushed to become a better creator. I've come leaps and bounds but I'm nowhere near where I want to be. But I love the learning part of it and showing that in the quality of the channel.

@@PhelpsontheFly Man, that's how I grew up in Los Angeles. My dad is a hillbilly from Kentucky and he taught us all about our back yard meals. I may have grown up in a city, but I am certainly no city boy, haha. Now I live in North Idaho, fishing daily.

@@PhelpsontheFly they were the first fly fishing company that put out short fly fishing videos about 12 years ago . The company has sins went under. Your videos almost are a mirror image of them. Look up on you tube the title ( trout fly fishing- sierra nevada, California- red truck fly rods) you will be amazed at how your video of scotty almost look like a continuation of their video! Leland is the pioneer of high quality fly fishing videos! So what I am saying is I like your style because I love this Leland video. Check it out it's the best short I have ever seen!!!! But your style is the same just over a decade difference!!! Good luck and I'm a fan of your style!!!
