  • In this video, I show the alterations I have made to the reflection pool at my hide. About 2 years ago, I made a video showing how I set up my original reflection pool. With this video, I endevour to make the pool more `natural` for photography. All video and stills are taken using the OM1mkII.

    Great shot of the woodpecker attacking the pigeon - even if you only did get one shot, it was a shot that counted!

    I am looking to buy a camera & lens for my first attempt at bird photography, if you were starting again would you still chose mft and if so why? Thanks for your always interesting videos.

    • @rogerhance5883
      @rogerhance5883  6 дней назад

      Thanks for commenting. If starting again, I would STILL choose M4T. If I have a regret, its that I did not change sooner. Its lighter, prduces excellent results, and has enabled me to take shots with it that I would never have took with my old sytem. Its also cheaper than full frame . Also, the technology in the OM System/Olympus cameras makes difficult shots very easy. Are you in the UK ?

      @@rogerhance5883 Yes I am in the UK, I am visiting Birdfair tomorrow to have another look at camera options. Thanks for your thoughts, pretty more much what I had concluded ... I was just unsure if I would be disappointed in the image detail, its difficult when viewing images on line.

    • @rogerhance5883

      @@robj1366 I have not been dissapointed in the image quality. I regularly print to A3 for camera club competitions, lectures. If the quality was not good enough, I would not be able to do this. I am not going to the bird fair this year, but I know that OM Systems will be there, so it will give you a chance to handle the cameras. As you have not purchased your equipment yet, I can save you a bit of money by giving you a voucher code . I cannot give this here, but if you contact me via the `contact page` on my web site, I can tell you how it works. My web site is www.rogerhancefrps.com
