I've had this for almost a year now. I STILL can't do some of the moves. Today I finally got through all of weights and plates. My form isn't great yet, but man was I proud. Can't wait until I'm strong enough to not have sweat pouring down when I do this.
I teach some moves like this in my class, but I use small towels because the paper plates scratch the top coat of the hard wood floors in our aerobics studio. They work great also!! Fun and challenging moves!!! Thanks, Cathe! Terri
This looks great! (And, um, hard - those paper plate planks look like they are going to kill!!). There are also some moves that will likely take me years to master (the ones where you are practically doing a handstand with feet on the ball and in the air come to mind!
This is an awesome workout very original all other fitness instructors take notes this is pure quality ..no filler standard moves.
