Cathy's awesome! People shouldn't even compare this to p90x which is simply part of a marketing scheme called beachbody. Cathy's workouts are definitely more serious and I love that she doesnt walk around and basically bs throughout the whole video like other instructors. Plus, her workouts give you real results. If they don't, you're doing something wrong.
Be careful with your back Cathe, when you finish a exercise like the dealift you must leave the dumbbells on the floor (and then you come up slowly) for a few seconds. After you can walk away with theim. Protect yourself. Luis
@marykmac07 Umm actually that's not true at all. Sorry, but if you want a great body, lose fat as fast as possible, achieve ultimate health, and no cellulite -you gotta lift weights. It's a proven fact that weights burns WAY WAY more fat than cardio. All these women's arms are not huge, they simply have muscles -big difference. And frankly, I personally prefer those arms than huge fatty arms. I'm not trying to be mean or anything but I would give weights a try.
