  • This tutorial is intended for Pilates students to assist in piecing together exercises when creating a program for the Beginner client. Learn a basic series of Footwork variations to pair together to help strengthen the ankles, knees and hips. The student will observe what the objective is, what the muscle focus is, what to watch for from the client and ways to cue their client. Recommended springs is 1G, 2R and 1Y on a Balanced Body reformer.
