There was runners at 1st and 3rd with one out the guy hits the ball to 2nd the 2nd baseman flips the ball to shortstop and gets bowled over to prevent the throw to 1st the run scored Utley clearly slid out of the base line it should of been interference the runner at first would be called out and no run would had been allowed because it would had been the third out.

As a softball player, it is sometimes hard to slide in hard. Especially when your excited and can't really focus. He was just trying to get there in time and slid the wrong way. That could have been anyone out there. We can't hate him for a honest mistake.

The 2nd slide they showed, it looked like a clean slide. Both players were near the bag & the runner DOES have the right to slide into a base & that's what it looked like from the angle that was shown. On the slide they showed at the start of the video, lets put it this way. I've seen a hell of a lot worse & with less being made about it. And on that one all I can say is, you be the judge.
