Nice job, quality work. We wish more companies did work this well. Hats off to the concrete guys.
What is it that makes it so satisfying to see craftsmanship in practice like this? I'll probably never stamp any concrete in my life, but I could watch this all day.
That wood plank looks great.
Wow, that looks awesome. When I saw this on Mike's channel, I thought this was done over 2 days. That concrete in the sun sets up fast so you can take off the end of the form between the two patterns. Your crew does great work. Thanks for the videos. I think it's a great idea to keep doing these videos. You give homeowners ideas of what can be done with concrete and it can bring more work for you and to the whole construction industry.
You should show the rinsing and sealing too.
Thanks for the feedback! We will be sure to include it in our future videos. 👍🏻
You are a concrete artisan. Nuff said!!
How did I miss this video Tom? All I can say is kicka$$ job sir!
Thanks I see this one getting picked a lot this year
I just sent a link to this video to a family in ID who are about to have a patio poured. I wanted them to see what you did on Morgan's to see if they are interested in seeing if their concrete company can do something similar. NO, I didn't promise them you'd go to ID to do it. lolol
Very good work! You are very good at what you do!
Coming from the morgans!!! You guys are amazingly talented! When I get ready you will be my first call !!!
Looks great,nice job. Great crew.
GREAT JOB AND VIDEO! Wish OTHER COMPANIES TOOK THAT MUCH PROUD IN THEIR WORK!
Absolutely beautiful patios. Stamping makes the decks 1,000% better in appearance. Great crew !!!
That plank stamp looks fabulous! You and the crew are A1 professionals! 👍👍🇺🇸
Today is October 17th. You KNOW you're doing great videos on your channel when your subscribers go back and look at previous videos and this one was truly special! Wish you were in NW FL!!!!!!
Thanks for watching! Have a great day!
These videos are great, but I just wished I could see the projects when the columns and railings, etc. are done. It would still show off your great work.
I love the Fresno, i like using it before I broom also
Tom, I have a feeling business might start boomin' after folks see this here and on Mike's channel. As I said over there, nice work by you and the crew.
Keep the content coming. Let the young guys take over and you can do the videos for the channel...........: )
4 sure u got lucky to team up w them, good idea
I am enjoying your RUclips vlogs. Keep it up!
Great job Tom. I hope your customer appreciates all your hard work. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing this video with us.
Tom, you sir are a concrete genius. Your the Albert Einstein in concrete. Question. Why is it that you put both mesh and rebar? I have never seen ANYONE do that. Extra reinforcement? Also, can you imagine if ppl still charged $5/sqft for a stamped concrete slab?! And that’s with the concrete included. Wow!! Have the times changed. 😂.
Those days are long gone.the wire in the rebar I like them for different reasons the wire mesh through the entire pour . the rebar added strength for heavy traffic loads and also freezing and thawing in the concrete hast to move As always thanks for watching
Saw the final result on Ourdoor With The Morgans and was blown away by the process & detail embossed in the concrete. Both pads came out amazing.
Keep those videos coming
The pour up did for the Morgans looks awesome.
Morgan’s sent me… great videos, and I’ll keep watching. I appreciate your hard work (VERY hard work)!
Great job on both sections. Really like the wood plank design. It looks amazing.
I never knew concrete art was a thing...amazing!
Just saw this one. Wow, nice job.
Thanks
Your content is very good thanks for making videos
I watch a guy do that in a mall food court when they were building an out side eating area. He layed down a longer sheet of rubber and rolled it with a large roller, 2 guys gently picked up the rubber stamp and moved it over about 4 feet and rolled it out. went fast and looked great. The pattern repeated itself every 4 ft. but with tables and chairs every where you did not notice. Will look great when done good work.
The final product of the wood looks absolutely amazing with the sealer on it, I would not have guessed it was concrete. MY one disappointment here is that you didn't pan over and let us see the field stone with its final seal on it. I would have liked to see some video of the rinsing when the water reveals the new color... It was wonderful to watch the process, keep up the youtube!
You da man Hauss
Fantastic to watch you guys, and the finish you get from the stamping is unreal. Love watching what you do.
Please keep posting. Your work is amazing!!
Must make your life easier when you have a professional youtuber shoot your video for you. The end result of those two stamping patterns was great.
I've never seen such authentic stamped concrete before. I might have to rethink what I'm putting around my pool.
Thank you!! We have a rolled slate texture and the wood planks at our pool and I love it.
@@Concretewiththehauses maybe a video that could help your locals know what kind of textures or stamps are available. A thought
@@joyfilters You got it!
@@Concretewiththehauses Sorry I need to proof my posts, ugh
That looks FANTASTIC !
Outstanding work.
Outstanding. Great job. Don't give up on the videos. I like sitting on my ass watching people work. Again great job.
I also viewed this on Mike's channel. I will echo what others have said... I believe you will have a lot of business coming your way in the future! Great job on the pour and the video!
Just found your channel and absolutely love it! Thank you for taking the time to document everything.
Beautiful. Great blend with stone veneer.
Very nice!👍🏻

Nice finish, looks great.
that really turned out nice
outstanding job and they look great
It looks great turned out awesome Tom. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing with us.
Really nice work by you and your crew.
Oh man I wanted to see the flagstone patio finished. I love the wood plank look and you did such a good job with the color. It matches the stone in the house so well. Great job.
I LIKE YOUR WORK GOOD JOB
Beautiful work I watched it twice your channel and Mikes
Absolutely awesome...... Great workmanship.......Best of luck with the channel.....
Excellent work Hausses crew; it looks just beautiful. Definitely some thoughts for something like that on my next concrete project. I really enjoyed watching the process of laying down such beautiful ciment floors. Thanks for showing your expertise!
You do such amazing work - never thought this could be done with concrete,
Im not a concrete guy but a couple things I learned today. 1. Ive never seen that wide fresno trowel after the bull float. can you always do that to avoid getting on the concrete to trowel it? Seems like a great idea! 2. Pre dusting the stamps. Great idea too!
Enjoying the videos!
Looks just fantastic. Great to see quality work being done by professionals who care. Glad to be a new subscriber.
Wow, amazing, it looks like real wood.
Love your rebar cutter! That’s cool!
Thanks!
Great job! Wish you guys were in Maine.
Never saw a rebar cutter like that. Nice! Hey, keep up trying to pull your RUclips efforts together. You got Mike to help you out and I am sure he will. You'll get it done. Hiccups are normal in the beginning.
Tom it is unusual to see Mike not working I think he is starting to relax some. I had no idea that planking could be done with concrete with have slatted surface on our back patio. You all sound the same from Pittsburgh. Great job though it looks fantastic.
nice job would have liked to see the saw cuts in both patterns to see how it looks
In Australia stamped is hardly ever done anymore,25 years ago it was popular..
Great job done for the Morgan’s! I had to look twice to see the saw cuts. One question, given the temperature, and the stamping, what slump did you use for each half of the pour vs what slump would you have used if you weren’t stamping? Again, keep the videos coming, you’ll most assuredly gain some work !
Dude...That's awesome. What would this run over a standard/brushed concrete patio.
I wish you would've showed more of the finish product
looking good, Did you ever try using a water brush to spread the release ?
looks great. I was concerned about those Wood posts inside the concrete.
good jo
Very nice! I was wondering if you really even need to do that final smoothing if you are going to stamp over it anyways?? In minutes, how much time did you actually need to stamp out that first section?
Also. I like to see a woodpecker land on that floor and try to peck into it! Thats when you know it looks really realistic!
I love your videos and I really appreciate your insight. I am preparing to create a fire pit with a 30" wide concrete ring around the perimeter with a large decorative stone bed on the inner portion. I expect to include rebar but I was considering making the concrete thicker to help avoid future movement. The work is nearly the same but Im concerned that it will really complicate the stamping process. I assume there will be alot more floating involved. Can you offer some insight into the pros and cons of a thicker slab?
Now remember this is without seeing anything. Typically no need to go thicker than 5 inches I would suggest using the half-inch rebar in the project. 2‘ x 2‘ grid should be sufficient. Please remember that is without seeing the job site. Thanks Tom
@@Concretewiththehauses thanks for not taking the easy way out Tom. I appreciate your input and I’m sure you’ll refund the full amount of the consultation fee if I have any issues. ; )
Do you ever use ez tique?
Great job, looks really good! What do you recommend using for ice removal on stamped concrete patio?
We recommend a 50/50 blend of calcium chloride and sand
👍👍
Great job guys. Did you add colorant to the concrete before pouring? It looks more brown than grey Just curious. Thanks for posting this video. I really enjoy watching you work
Yes, I believe the integral color (the color we dye the concrete) was Lannon Stone. It’s a nice light tan color. The antiquing color (the power that gives it its definition and natural look) was Colina Tan
Great work. Came over from the Morgan channel. You do excellent work. Our channel is from western PA also. #purplecollarlife
👍👍😲
I love Concrete with the Hauses! Is there any reason that concrete stamping like this couldn't be used on a 'slab on grade' foundation for a house? In other words, interior concrete stamping vs. other flooring products (carpet, lvp)?
It definitely could be
Plank looks amazing? What is the base colour and release used combination to get that result?
Guessing a little bit, Sandstone and Walnut
A buddy of mine here in Illinois does alot of stamping, he has special as he calls them stamping shoes ,they've got a flat wider sole on them . Have you seen those
Yes, I have seen them! They are pretty cool!
TOM, Really nice professional work. Great explanation on this job, AND a 'RUclipsr' client to boot!
Your channel should take off fast, Specially since Mike Morgan gave yinz a 'shout out' on his channel!!!
I want to congratulate you for the excellent work you present. Both you and your team are excellent. Could you tell me the name of the templates you use and where can I get them? I appreciate your time. Cordial and respectful greeting.
Have you ever used the rejuvenator from deco-crete Supply instead of xylene
Mike Morgan sent me here. I watched their video and saw how you were spreading the color. Have you tried a hand spreader like you might use for seed or fertilizer?
We have tried a number of things. The best thing we came up with was a burlap bag, but even that is slow and the easiest thing for us is to just throw it on.
I’m getting ready to pour a patio and plan on doing this exact stamp. What coloring and antique dust did you use
Sandstone base,Colina tan antiquing
@@Concretewiththehauses great thanks so much for the reply I have watched most of your videos and feel fairly confident I can pull this off
👍🇺🇸
How much do you have to pay that camera person - Mike Morgan? 🙂 That looks amazing!
What the color combo you used on the plank Mike
I do not remember exactly we talk about it in the beginning of the video I would hate to tell you wrong
