Sometimes obese people get no support at home when trying to lose weight, any support from friends and strangers can really help motivate them and encourage them not to give up. Often times their very own family will be the downfall in their weigh loss journey as they may offer their unhealthy meals to them very often and ridicule them for exercising or the food they eat.

Kelly had set a gym in the house to work out every day (goal) and is restricting her calories while Wings wants nothing to do with is. Should you attempt to do so, expect to lose lean muscle mass and be very fatigued. Can only drop those pills so long before you have an addiction . I was 300lb when I was 19 and decided I had to change. I swapped all soft drinks and fruit juice for water started eating 3 healthy meals a day with no processed food. I was eating about 1800 calories a day. I bought a pedometer and made sure I walked 10,000 steps a day (when I first started those 10,000 steps seemed impossible) and went to the gym 3 times a week. It took just over a year to get to 175lb and my body fat was down to 15%.

it’s so easy to tell when somebody knows nothing about physiology when you hear shit like 400 calories a day, that’s inordinately low (people in extreme weight loss programs don’t even go that low) for an ordinary person and you’re not just metabolizing fat when you starve yourself. you can intermittently fast, exercise in a fasted state, and eat 2000 calories in a single meal and still reach your goals more efficiently than starving yourself.

And then i realized how dumb It was to pay for a Gym to lose weight: i just had to eat right and exercise. By the next day i started doing 40+ kilometers a day cycling (been doing so since the tenth of july) now im 150 and in thinking of going to the Gym, not to lose weight, but to build some muscles.

Former 450+ pounder here.. the amount of leg muscle I had when I was that big was crazy.. especially after when I lost almost 300 pounds I could lift some crazy weight with my legs.
FOR PEOPLE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT If you want to lose weight, do NOT follow what Kyle is saying. Eating very few calories will NOT help in the long run. You should eat 2 meals a day truthfully. One early in the morning, this meal should be bigger and the healthiest. Eggs and some sort of protein, you can also have some fruit or veggies or your liking, as plain as possible. Second meal, doesn’t have to be as “healthy” you can get fast food as long as you actually burned calories that day you can get a good fast food meal, but fast food doesn’t make you feel as full as an actual meal. This should be towards the end of the day but not super late. Healthier snacks are good as well, something sweet here and there is good. Cheat meals are good, once or twice a month, mid week cheat meals worked for me. If I had off I would hold off on the cheat meals, because that would turn into a cheat day. To see how much calories you should eat, Use a BMI calculator online and track calories by using a calorie counter app. If you use the one made by “under armor” it will also track your steps which helps with seeing wether or not you can sneak in another snack or put another piece of bread on your plate, it tells you how active you’ve been. Swimming is a very good sport you can take a part in to burn calories, it burns a ton of calories. Running is excellent as well, walking is a good start for either of those. Actually getting outside and exercising is 80% of weight loss, which sucks but it IS the truth I lost 65 lbs from doing these Exact things. I was on the way to death before I was 18, now at age 19 I feel better than ever, more energized, and I feel much more confident in myself. My relationship with food is still rocky, I still make mistakes, binge out and overeat. Damn I feel like I'm making progress with my "dieting", I'm at around 260ish and am at around 400-600 cal daily, and almost like Kyle I have one meal throughout the day, and then just vegetables and other low cal snacks throughout the day.

Caleb Russell Not really It has its benefits but it should be a slow process. You shouldn’t go from eating 3000 a day calories to 400 super quickly. You have to let your body get acclimated to the change progressively.

Your brain will not work correctly and your organs will slowly suffer. Doing that "diet" will make you lose weight but not a good kind of loss. Not only that when you decide to stop and go back to eating normally, your base metabolic rate will have dropped and you will gain weight on what u used to be able to maintain at. Stick to dropping 500 to 800 calories of ur maintenance and make consistent, slow but maintainable progress. Don't fucking do this diet.
Kris Brown Well I’ve know people who’ve done this exact thing and their didn’t notice anything. Not saying there aren’t long term effects that can arise and I’m aware that people’s bodies are different but this has definitely worked for some people. Although I don’t think it was the same kind of diet Kyle was talking about. They also weren’t doing it for an extended period of time. Filling your stomach might be comfortable, but it's not addressing the problem. Your body should be aclamated to fasting for long periods, that's how our species developed after all. You get used to being empty, the pains go away, and you start to feel great. No fiber or vegetables needed. Kyle's definitely on the right path with the one meal per day thing.
@Crow Daddy Always have porridge and milk for emergencies. Carrots, onions, potatoes and eggs last ages to. You'd be surprised at just how cheap it is to eat a balanced diet. You can eat a 1000 calorie breakfast for 60p: five cheap sausages, four eggs and some fried onion. Combine that with some whole milk porridge and you can hit 2000 calories for about 1 British pound.
dielawn i know and for someone who was probably eating around 4/5 thousand calories a day (wings), cutting down to 400 definitely won’t be healthy or sustainable. The best way to do it is just fast by reducing your calories by a few hundred or just intermittent fast.
Your body adapts and burns through body fat as your calorie intake falls. Wings could drop by 1000 calories and still lose some weight despite still overeating.
Kyle’s method seems VERY unhealthy. I was on Adipex for about a month when I first started losing weight and when I went a week eating very little calories, I nearly passed out three times throughout the day.

Damn I feel like I'm making progress with my "dieting", I'm at around 260ish and am at around 400-600 cal daily, and almost like Kyle I have one meal throughout the day, and then just vegetables and other low cal snacks throughout the day.
Ngl it was shit at first since I was used to eating 1500 plus daily, and little to no exercise, full time student and part time at a Walmart as a cashier at first. But man have I lost weight i was pushing a bit over 300 before I started.
@@19ryuusei as long as you focus on building SUSTAINABLE long term habits too. Frankly i'd say learn that and try just losing 1-3 lbs a week for even 8 months. Trust me, it adds up. You just gotta learn (if youre like me and never learned growing up) how to keep a healthy diet and it really weill be quicker than you think.

For any of you wanting to lose weight, don't do it the way Kyle was doing it. 400 calories is not alot for an average male, with average activity levels and average muscle mass. 400 calories is basically nothing.

Eating only 400 calories a day definitely isn't a good way to lose weight. Especially when you're achieving that by abusing Adderall. Should you attempt to do so, expect to lose lean muscle mass and be very fatigued. Can only drop those pills so long before you have an addiction . And when you don't take them, you'll be so hungry and likely over- indulge.

Caleb Russell Not really It has its benefits but it should be a slow process. You shouldn’t go from eating 3000 a day calories to 400 super quickly. You have to let your body get acclimated to the change progressively.
@@xdoxxy no dude that isn't how it works. Your body will go into starvation mode and begin to literally breakdown your body muscle and fat. Your brain will not work correctly and your organs will slowly suffer. Doing that "diet" will make you lose weight but not a good kind of loss. Not only that when you decide to stop and go back to eating normally, your base metabolic rate will have dropped and you will gain weight on what u used to be able to maintain at. Stick to dropping 500 to 800 calories of ur maintenance and make consistent, slow but maintainable progress. Don't fucking do this diet.
Kris Brown Well I’ve know people who’ve done this exact thing and their didn’t notice anything. Not saying there aren’t long term effects that can arise and I’m aware that people’s bodies are different but this has definitely worked for some people. Although I don’t think it was the same kind of diet Kyle was talking about. They also weren’t doing it for an
extended period of time.
Edit: It’s an OMAD diet so I don’t think it was the same thing Kyle was talking about though I might be wrong.

that's a horrible way to lose weight, not only will your body hold onto the fats and other nutrients due to the large gap between meals, you are losing just as much muscle as you are fat.

I used to be 28 stone because I was lazy, eat absolute junk and never exercised, just cutting out junk food made me lose weight fast. Soon as wings stops lying to himself things will change, but that'll never happen.

He has nobody to help him and is constantly harassed online. Wings has no hope in hell in succeeding.
He has alienated himself and only has video games and food as his only source of pleasure. Video games aren't even fun for him anymore. So we're left with food...
He could cook an entire week's worth of food in one day and freeze it inside plastic containers.
It would take about 2 hours, and most of that is waiting around for it to cook.

Filling your stomach might be comfortable, but it's not addressing the problem. Your body should be aclamated to fasting for long periods, that's how our species developed after all.
You get used to being empty, the pains go away, and you start to feel great. No fiber or vegetables needed. Kyle's definitely on the right path with the one meal per day thing.

You'd be surprised at just how cheap it is to eat a balanced diet. You can eat a 1000 calorie breakfast for 60p: five cheap sausages, four eggs and some fried onion. Combine that with some whole milk porridge and you can hit 2000 calories for about 1 British pound.

dielawn i know and for someone who was probably eating around 4/5 thousand calories a day (wings), cutting down to 400 definitely won’t be healthy or sustainable. The best way to do it is just fast by reducing your calories by a few hundred or just intermittent fast.
Your body adapts and burns through body fat as your calorie intake falls.
Wings could drop by 1000 calories and still lose some weight despite still overeating.
Kyle’s method seems VERY unhealthy. I was on Adipex for about a month when I first started losing weight and when I went a week eating very little calories, I nearly passed out three times throughout the day.
