Bread dough (makes about 12 pieces)
Bread flour 300g
Milk powder 30g
Water 180g
Sugar 20g
Instant dry yeast 5g
Salt 6g
Oil 30g
Egg wash
Egg 1
Cream (optional) 1 table spoon
Tuna filling (fills 2 pieces)
Tuna (tin) 80g
Corn 2 table spoons
Onion (diced) 1 table spoon
Mayonnaise (Japanese) 1 table spoon
Egg filling (fills 2 pieces)
Boiled egg 1
Spring onion (sliced) 1 table spoon
Mayonnaise (Japanese) 1 table spoon
Salt A pinch
Pepper A pinch
