I've always wanted to make something like but was hesitant because I was not sure of the process. Your video was very detailed and it looks doable by a new baker like me! Thank you!
Just tried these with no experience and they are DELICIOUS. I was a little short on pastry cream, but i didnt mind having a single plain bread of the 10.
I made these the other day and they are so good! \o/ They also freeze really well. Once they thaw, I pop them in the oven for a 5 minutes and they're almost as good as they were fresh. Which is amazing because it'd be a lot of work for the two pastries I can eat in two days. :D
I just made these and they are delicious but I just used her sweet bread recipe because of the rest I went to see another video for the crème pâtissière , I didn’t shape the bread the same way I made a little buns, I didn’t bake the bread with the crème pâtissière I made a hole on the side of the bread and piped it in and instead of drizzling the icing on top I just dipped the top of the bun in the icing. But it was super good and totally worth it😋
Definitely making this! I’ve been trying to find a good recipe for cream pan! I love all your recipes and techniques, so I am so happy to make this, thank you ☺️ I noticed the pastry cream ingredients doesn’t say how many grams of butter, is it also 30g?
@@kitchenprincessbamboo thank you so much for your quick reply. Glad to know I will be able to freeze the cream pan. Cannot wait to try your recipe. Thank you for your help. You are the best!
I made this today, they are so yum! I didn't have bread flour at home so I reduced 1/4 of the milk from the recipe. It turned out quite successful.
Glad you like it!
Thanks for watching!

Hi, Princess. Just a quick question... how do you store the cream pan if they cannot be consume the same day they are baked? Thanks a lot!
You can freeze it! Reheat and cool to room temp when you want to eat.

AP flour can be used. Thanks for watching!
Could one change the flavour?? Like to chocolate?
Is there any difference between your 1st cream pan video and 2nd cream pan video?
U are so cool ma'am ✨✨💕
I will let you know if it is OK
chopsticks are extremely slow at mixing anything. I use a special pastry blade, i can mix any dough with liquid on a wood surface.
this is too much work for a sweet bite
