Fresh Curd (दही) - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice (निम्बू का रस ) - 1 tsp
Rock Salt (सेंधा नमक) - 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 2 to 3
Grated Ginger (अदरक) - 1 tsp
Coarse Peanut (दरदरी मूंगफली ) - 1/2 cup
Pepper powder (काली मिर्ची पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Rock Salt as per taste (सेंधा नमक)
Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
Boiled Potato (उबले हुए आलू ) - 3
