Hi, how did u take notes and maximise learning from each drill and exams? I've reached the mean scores in the drills but still a low percentile on practise exams and I feel like I'm not doing enough after each drill and exam.. How would u recommend taking down notes or any tips on remembering each method after doing questions? Thank you.
It's a relative score - so your mark is given on the basis of how well you do versus others. LOOK, I wouldn't worry about how exactly they calculate your score - instead focus on improving your score everytime you do a mock exam and focus on doing your best come exam time. Let go of everything else
I know it's been a year but I used career services instead of med entry cuz it was cheaper. You can also get discount codes. I only paid 250 euro while medentry was like 550 euro! However with the high price comes the amazing features med entry has for its students.
@@jakoblaske8771 thank u for letting me know! I'm doing ib and we're doing mock exams(before the actual exams) in March, so I don't think i will be able to prepare for the hpat unfortunately, it would be too risky for my ib grades i think! Good luck for u, let me know how it goes for u, I'm cheering for u from here💪😆. I will try next year!
I'm sorry for the late reply! Divide the time allocated to each section into chunks. You should be completing a certain amount of questions per chunk of time.
1-2 hours. Bear in mind I was doing this on my year off. If doing it during the leaving cert I'd say do 90 mins on a Saturday and Sunday . Over Christmas ramp that up and then in the weeks before go hard
"Guesstimate and move on" is great advice
Pro trick : you can watch series on Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching all kinds of movies recently.
@Canaan Eric yup, I have been watching on flixzone for months myself :D
This is such a helpful video thank you.
Really helpful video! Thanks!😁
Thanks for the video! Really helpful! :)

Thanks for this useful and clear video ! Did you buy all the practice exams and additional questions from ACER as well ?
thanks. very informative.
What resource are you using in med school. I am using the youtube channel " miss medic" and find it really useful
Hi, thanks for the video! Just wondering how the HPAT mark is calculated? Thanks

I did the hpat last year and did not find medentry to be helpful at all, nothing like the real thing. Would hpizzle be better?
is med entry highly recommended? because it's kinda expensive and I would prefer using online free tests

Is HPAT Ireland similar to HPAT Ulster? Would I benefit from purchasing some HPAT Ireland practice tests for practice?
I'm not aware of HPAT Ulster's format! 😕
How many points is the 95 percentile
Peggy Okodogbe 190 in 2018! It differs a bit every year. Google 2018 HPAT-Ireland candidate performance.
Do you think its late if i start preparing in 1 feb?
Never too late I only started in February aswell.
Dont know about you but I’ve just been doing acer exam q and not even bought medentry

How many of the 10 MedEntry exams did you complete?
About 4-5
Where can we find med entry exams? Are they free online?
for timing in Section 1, how would you say one should go about it?
