how to make Crab or Yabby sweet corn soup | camping recipes | soup recipes

this soup is so easy to make and moreish. great for camping. recipe written below.
2 tea spoons sesame oil
4 spring onions or 1/2 small onion
1 litre chicken stock
2 x 310g cans creamed corn
1 table spoon light soy sauce or salt reduced soy sauce
1 table spoon corn flour
1 table spoon water
min 250g of can crab or fresh cooked crab or fresh cooked yabbies
large pot
2 tea spoons sesame oil
4 spring onions sliced or 1/2 small onion chopped small
small bowl or mug
1 table spoon corn flour
1 table spoon water
mix set aside
put pot on stove and fry onion til cooked take off
then add
1 litre chicken stock
2 x 310g cans creamed corn
1 table spoon light soy sauce or reduced salt soy
corn flour water mix
then mix well
put back on stove bring to boil stirring the whole time
let boil for approx half minute
then turn down to simmer for fresh crab or yabby
add simmer 1 min stirring then take off shes ready
for can crab take off once boiled and add drained can crab stir in let sit couple minutes then serve
serves 4 to 6 with fresh bread or damper etc
i love it when luke warm the crab sings
no good to freeze

when I make mine I use 1 can of cream of chicken soup n 1/2 cup of chicken stock. we are lucky to have fresh blue manor crabs. I make this soup every winter ♥♥
