- Adam Butkiewicz's inspiring story resembles the prodigal son. He grew up in a faithful Polish Catholic home and drifted from the faith during his teenage years. His partying lifestyle and toxic friendships got him in trouble and incarcerated. In prison, Adam started to encounter God, and looking back, he sees this as the time used by God to make him into a better man. Through his faithful journey, Adam realized how the sacraments help him heal and nourish his mind, body, and soul.

I battled with addiction for 17 years until god saved me this last year been sober 10 months now. Back in church, attending mass several times a week, confessions, eucarist, and daily rosary praying 💙🙏🏻🕊️📿

Praise to the Lord. Prison is a good place if we surrender to God and are open for correction.
