Just bought my first rental property that I’m going to turn in to an Airbnb! Been all about stocks, crypto, and businesses up until now so I’m excited to share the journey on my RUclips channel with you guys!
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. This is a very well made video, excellent instructions how to setup, and very valuable tips provided at each step. We owe you big time bro. This is the BEST airbnb setup video I have ever come across.
Investing in Airbnb properties has been a lucrative venture for me. It's like having your own mini-hotel empire that generates passive income month after month. By carefully selecting the right locations and providing top-notch hospitality, my Airbnb investments have consistently outperformed traditional real estate. I wasn't financially free until my 40s, and I'm still in my 40s. I've got 3 Airbnb's already, earn on a monthly basis through passive income, and achieved 3 out of 5 goals. Investing was the decision I made
I wholeheartedly recommend Regina Louise Collaro, a top-tier financial advisor based in the US. In collaboration with an international organization, Regina has been essential in managing my financial plans. Her strategic guidance has supported my goals from funding education to planning for retirement. Selecting the right financial consultant has positively influenced my financial journey. I'm truly grateful for the growth and achievements I've realized through Regina's expert advice and steadfast support
This is a shocker seeing Regina Louise Collaro is being mentioned here. I always had mixed feelings about hiring a lnvestment advisor. For the record, I started working with Regina in 2019, and she manages about 70% of my lnvestments, while I manage the other 30%. My philosophy is that I care more about my own money than anyone else, but she made me accept that they have wealth of information on current conditions and future trends
I've wanted to start investing for a while. Yet, I've always considered it to be late, and I believe I should quit putting things off. I'll absolutely contact Regina Louise Collaro to ask her for advice. Much thanks. This was quite helpful to me.
Hi, I a have question. I have a big house, and I have 10 rooms for rental, in regards to the "how many guests can your place accomodate" question in 1:50, how do I answer that? thanks in advance.
For a king, queen, or full bed it's 2 per bed. Twin it's 1 per bed. I'd go off that. We have 3 rooms but 3 queens and a king so we fit 8 people comfortably.
Thank you for watching! To find that info, click on the menu (bottom left of the host app), then settings, then payments & payouts, then under hosting you can click on 'payout method'. Hope that helps.
@@katrinah8013 - the airbnb website is not very intuitive, lots of exploring and frustration just to do a minuscule change. Connecting your bank to get payment is under payout by the way. Good luck 👍
Airbnb will automatically go through the process of paying the taxes for the city and county. You do need to reach out to your city and county to see if there is any licensing you need. I had to do that separately here in Phoenix. Was a little work but overall simple.
Airbnb takes a commission from both the guest and the host. So whatever you put your pricing at, Airbnb will take 3%. Which is low, while keeping in mind, the guest pays a fee on the front end that you really don't see. That can hurt some hosts as they might not be getting bookings because the front end price with all the costs comes out high.
Hi I would really appreciate if someone could kindly tell me how I change my host name on Airbnb to my LLC name. I know about the backend of entering all the business details on Airbnb but not sure where I should enter my LLC name that will show guests “Hosted by (LLC Name) rather than my own name) Thank you in advance 😊
@@TusharLapani Hey Tushar, it took me many attempts before figuring it out. So initially you need to use your real first name and last name as this needs to match the passport you upload. Once the identification has been authorised by Airbnb you can then change your first name and last name to your LLC name. I have confirmed this with Airbnb live chat and have had no issues with this for the last year. Hope this helps and if you need any more help just reply to this

Thanks for detailed explanation. Do I still fill my personal information even though I am listing as business (Hotel) on the sign up page?
Thank you this made me a lot more confident about starting
I'm so glad! Best of luck. Make sure to check out the video library on the channel as I have more airbnb videos.

Thanks for the video ! How about the payment details ? Which account the payment will come to
You can add whichever bank you'd like to have the money deposited into.
@@thebusinessnerdyt Wer do you add that , didn’t see in the setup
That’s my question as well. I finished setting up and I couldn’t figure out how they’ll pay me after they take their commission.
I will give you guys feedback in the evening as I do a set up

What about how guest pay for the airb&b and and how the host gets paid
Hey I have a question, what if you don't own a property yet?
Is it necessary that we provide breakfast?
No. I would say that's uncommon nowadays, and a big value add if that was something you did want to provide.
PC version of the "set it up as business"?
What about the payment details, where do i write those details? Thks
Does airbnb manage rent and clean your property?????
They manage the rent, but you have to take care of getting cleaners. I like using TurnoverBNB for getting a cleaner.
@The Business Nerd thanks.
Did you miss the part where you should comply with your cities licensing?
Airbnb will automatically go through the process of paying the taxes for the city and county. You do need to reach out to your city and county to see if there is any licensing you need. I had to do that separately here in Phoenix. Was a little work but overall simple.
Thank you. Would you mind sharing what was the estimated time of how quickly your city approved your listing?
What do you mean?
@The Business Nerd Do you know how much is the Airbnb's comission per each host referral? Thanks
Airbnb takes a commission from both the guest and the host. So whatever you put your pricing at, Airbnb will take 3%. Which is low, while keeping in mind, the guest pays a fee on the front end that you really don't see. Good video! I wanna buy a property for Airb&b
Awesome! Where are you looking to buy?
@@thebusinessnerdyt probably GA, NC or FL
Is this Airbnb business allowed every country? To just apply like this
I don't believe it's allowed in all countries. You'd have to check with the laws in your area.
