As we can see Reiner and the Warriors are holding that Parasite back to prevent that from happening. That Parasite is the “Founding Titan” and without it the Rumbling can’t be activated again. It’s probably gonna be explained why he did all this in the last chapter but I personally do believe Eren is gone now.

And the fact that the title of this chapter is called a long dream, Eren said the same thing " I had a long dream" to mikasa while crying and the role were reversed. Mikasa held the biggest memory shard from eren's memories, she will play a big role as isayama said in the end since she was promoted to be the centerpiece by isayama. People will say eren cannot manipulate ackerman's memories, BUT in this case. He is not manipulating but sending her memories or the au he created. Mikasa has been experiencing headache since she was a child, and the headaches happens when she loses someone BUT here it happens twice when eren would appear. Which is eren has been trying to send her a messege throughout the series but her ackerman blood was blocking it which is why she received severe headaches.
