Don’t get me wrong. Season 6 was average in my opinion but Season 5 was peak I gotta admit. Maybe even season 4. I even enjoyed some of the first seasons more than season 6. I feel like my problem with season 6 is they dragged on a whole other story with the black and white stuff and it kind of just got boring. Season 5 was absolutely fire though. Lalos character development turned him into a badass tbh. It made him my favorite character. I personally thought he was the best in the show because I think he was written way better than some of the other characters. Same with Nacho and Mike. Lalo, Nacho, and Mike carried this show.

Wokeism destroyed aot, Isayama had a former plan which’s was forced to let go because he was scared of his work being cancelled in the west where a character like H*tler achieve his plans. At least this is how mainstream media would have reviewed the ending if Eren actually won. People wouldn’t have care about the character development or the story behind him but they would be more like „omg a Japanese mangaka has created a H*tler who has achieved his dreams“

3 years late, lets tear this video apart baby: First off, the idea that in order for a character to be good, they need to get what they deserve is very dumb, especially in a show that deals with the cycle of violence. The world is not fair and following your logic, every single character in aot should just die because by the end, pretty much all of them have done irredeemable things. Also id argue all of the characters have indeed suffered bad consequences. Just because they didn't die doesn't mean they didn't suffer. You said reiner gets to live a happy life? Yeah, right. Second, every single plot hole you listed is not a plot hole, so lets debunk them, and i hope i dont forget anything. 1)Why was annie the only warrior to try and capture eren during the 57th expedition? This makes me question the saying that stupid questions dont exist. Its obvious, its a survey corps operation in which reiner and bertholdt are forced to portake cause theire part of the survey corps. 2)ok then less obvious question, why did they join the survey corps? Various reasons. They know eren is a titan shifter and therefore they need to stay close to him, and on top of that, they also know about the basement. The mission has been going on for 5 years and they found nothing, so eren is currently a priority over getting close to the king because he offers a possibility of certain gain. Reiner is a great leader and has gained the trust of his friends, and bertholdt cant really do much on his own, which explains why they chose to split the way they did. Also, they didn't know erwin was already onto them. 3)why doesn't annie swallow eren? The mission is to capture the founding titan, not kill it or get it mixed with another shifter. Marley specifically doesn't want that because more mixing means less titan shifters, and annie also doesn't want that becuase they would probably kill her just to try and get all the shifters back, especially if eren did turn out to have the founding titan. Also, even if she does swallow him, it wouldnt make the mission that much easier cause theire still in enemy territory with no way to remotely communicate with marley. 4)why doesn't reiner swallow eren? Same reasons, but also add the fact that reiner cares a lot more about eren and hes very clearly struggling with his split personality. He also couldnt feed him to a random titan on the way cause the land was full of titans and it wouldnt have helped the mission that much so again, huge risk with no big reward. 5)ok then why did they choose to attack when they did? Simple, they knew erwin was onto them and they had the perfect opportunity to capture the attack and jaw titan. It was the first time where the mission had the potential to be a net positive, also becuase they didn't know annie was captured. 6)why did bertholdt waste all his energy on armin? He didn't, he was clearly able to still reach the wall, which he wanted to do because he wanted to kill all the horses which would have Lead to the scouts' certain defeat. It wasn't a matter of wasting energy, bertholdt just got baited and got sliced off his titan. I hope i didnt miss anything, but in any case, you didn't really think this stuff through.

Yeah that panel where Eren lying there being pathetic about Mikasa is just wrong. He can still confess about his feelings without being so completely against his character, i have no idea why it had to be like that. It is like Isayama being so annoyed about the shippers that he purposefully made Eren so pathetic. Seriously it had no reason to be written like that at all.

1. The reason grisha gave his titan to eren was because after his meeting with zeke, grisha received memories of carla getting eaten. And as grisha is a very emotional character, he was fueled by revenge and gave his titan to eren. 2. Eren apologizing to Ramzi was purely to get erens feelings of his chest. This is obvious when you realize eren wasnt using a language that Ramzi could understand but instead used the eldian language which eren knew Ramzi didnt understand. As such, eren didnt try to convince his friends to join the jeagerists for two reasons A. He saw the future and knows that he cant change it. B. Even if he didnt see the future, he knows they would never agree to let humanity get wiped out

Gon is the kind of character who embodies the themes of the story. He is both a human and animal, which is what Hunter x Hunter is about. Humans who as they gain more power become more animalistic, or even more human, and conflict with one another to achieve their goals. He's someone who is selfish, impulsive, yet insecure but most importantly childish. He has no solid morality, and just does whatever interests him most, and while he is generally good natured he doesn't understand morally gray people, similarly to an animal. His moral compass is determined on if he sees people as interesting, "good" or "bad. In his fights and general behavior, you see he usually takes the most straightforward, barbaric option above logic, simply because it's what he feels he needs to do to reach his father. Fighting does have interest to him, but most of the stubborn things (such as not accepting Hisoka's badge) he does are for the goal of being worthy enough to reach his father. Which is what the talk with Kurapika on the blimp was supposed to show, as well as his dream after fighting Hanzo. The only reason he accepts Hanzo's badge is because Ging became a hunter at his age. Therefore he needs to do the same. He's also never truly been weak from when he set out from Whale Island. Throughout the story until Chimera Ant Arc he's always gotten what he's wanted through either a mentor character, or his companions. His arc is subtle, but it's about him confronting his weakness and becoming better, still keeping his cheerfulness, while also gaining a better sense of the world and his father, Through learning about his father he can finally see him as a person, and not someone he needs to aspire to reach. Also Gon's freakout in Chimera Ant wasn't actually about Kite's death. Like you said, this isn't something where Gon is losing a close friend. Rather his whole conflict with Pitou is about him not improving. Similarly to how Kite when he first met Gon had to save him from the Fox bear because he went into their territory, Kite yet again had to save Gon from going into Pitou's territory. Though this time he got Kite killed. Essentially proving Gon's doubts right that he has not changed or improved, nor is he strong enough to meet his father. We can see this in his thought process as he finds out Kite is truly dead. Instead of blaming Killua, or Kite himself, all he can blame is himself for not being strong enough. But this is who Gon is. He's a child who's in a dangerous world, who's finally confronting actual threats to his world view and childish mindset, and we watch the results unfold.
