      Bodies After Babies can you do a video of a typically good meal plan that would be good for everyday that we can use for helping you build muscle besides the workouts!? My problem that I have is even with working out I’m not gaining muscle. I need a good nutrition plan. I haven’t been eating properly, so I’m trying to get better at eating and drinking better. I never liked drinking water. I find that if I cut up some lemons and add in lemon juice into my water, I will drink water more throughout the day. I would be eating healthy foods but I wouldn’t eat until about 2:00 and then again at 8:00. I was doing fastening for a while and have lost a lot of muscle because of it and lost more weight than what I needed to. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!! :)

      @@jillians85 Eating is such a huge part of your results. If you want to gain some muscle be sure to EAT...and include protein (that's what they call the "building blocks" ...it helps gaining muscle and for recovery. If you would like more help, we can always chat one on one.

      Linda Poirier my fear was not gaining muscle and gaining weight which was one reason why I didn’t eat right although I’ve always been on the petite side regardless of this being said but I just want to bulk up a little without the feel of gaining too much weight.
