      As far as I know this is the only guy in India who knows what he is doing, or at least tryng to learn the unkown area which many bikers want to learn, but stay away due to its complexity

    hello Abhinav Bhatt i'm fikry from indonesia.
    i just wanna give you a little advice, dont use racing ecu from BRT with racing ignition coil, because BRT has been researched the ecu by using a standard coil to maximize power of the engine.
    and for 25-32 hp inside your engine you better increase it
    volumetric efficiency by using high flow big valve cylinder head.
    for 58mm piston use 22mm in/19mm ex valve (power is about 25-27 hp @ 12000rpm)
    for 58mm piston use 23mm in/20mm ex valve (power is about 28-32hp @ 13000rpm)
    for 62mm piston use 24mm in/21mm ex valve
    and make sure you have recheck your compression ratio before install those part,
    make sure your compression ratio isn't too low or too high
    11.6:1 (safe)
    14:1 (race use)

      BRT is now have fully built kit for yamaha R15 v3.
      200cc (62mm bore/66mm stroke), 22/19 valves and porting-polish finished head with race camshaft with higher lift and duration and race valve spring, programmable juken ECU.
      you can also get a bigger TB from Indonesia with other brand (BRT haven't produced it yet for R15 as i know they only got for Aerox 155, i might be wrong).
      and it's all "ready to hit the road" kit and as they say, it's plug and play.
      700-800$ just in case you might want to convert it from rupiah to dollars to get this fully built kit from BRT.

      spending 1k or 1L that's money not a a thick paper. everyone loves their V3. dont underestimate anyone..abhinav is doing whole different thing thats next level compare to them. cosmetic and for perfomance too..
      complement him but dont critisize others. THAT SHOWS BAD SIDE OF A HUMAN.

    A lighter and free moving chain require less force and move easier so it definitely helps but it can't be huge difference as we all know.

      There another channel with the name DCV, he made a video recently and he has put some great info and has said that it might be possible to put ABS on the older on v3s, check his video...he also covers bits and pieces of Abhinav bhai's projects, you can check that out regrading the question you have.

    Hey dude, you should check ULTRASPEED or KAWAHARA in indonesia, they manufacture a lot of big bore kit, including the cylinder head specified for the big bore kit. Cheers!

    Great job bro...i have been to thai and seen they have crazy parts for r15..if u remeber i had suggested u tuneboss for ecu they have made r15 which is doing speed upto 195 i think video is thr on maxabout. But very nice work..nice video...put winglets in front

      Thanks, Obaid. I don't want my bike to go to such a crazy tune. Reason being the parts failure will be higher then. And I can't keep going to Indonesia or Thailand to get parts. I don't like winglets.

      Definitely not the world, Aditya. I am not aiming for records. I just want a slightly punchier motor. My goals are not to chase top speed records. I just want a sorted bike to help me learn on a race track.

    Hola, tengo instalada la ecu m5 de uma racing en mi r15v3 y no avanza mas de las 11800 rpm siendo que en la app la tengo configurada a las 13000 rpm, e visto en varios videos que solo conectan, configuran y listo pero en mi caso no sucede así ¿me podrías indicar que otro procedimiento hay que hacer para que des limite??

    Just awesome man... I think it will be one of the costliest r15 in India after installing all the stuff. Btw exhaust note is bomb. Do you know the price of Daytona exhaust for Yamaha fz .....

      Thanks, man. This exhaust is for Rs 16,700 although I am not sure if it fits the FZ. You will have to check with Yamaha.

    Will need fettling of the ecu parameters to sort it properly, as you have mentioned. Bit disappointed that it hasn't yielded more power at the top end. Hope the tune will rectify this. I think you need to put the exhaust baffle in too. I think the engine idling has become uneven after the wilder camshaft was installed, this happens with cars too. Basically with this type of tuning I think you'll find the bike really won't like low rpm riding around town but that's the trade off for more power at the top end of the rpm meter

      Prakash, we were not able to test out how it performs in the top part of the rev range. But the low end has dropped significantly. It is just about tweaking the maps to make them work for us. The baffle will help a bit in getting the back pressure back. It needs time. Let's hope things are sorted in about a week. I'll go check up on the bike this Sunday. More updates to follow then :)

    Exhaust sound is good brother ... And. May i know what is the size of the CAM u installed now!? (How much mm will the intake valve open after the new CAM is installed) ...
    A peace of note from my side brother, please consider it : Please change the valve springs ... Since the play of the CAM will be more when compared with the stock CAM, the stock springs may not perform well and please have in mind that our valve opening will automatically increase after 7200rpm ...
    Try changing the size of the front drive sprocket\shaft (I am not sure if I am using the right term)... This will increase the top speed ... Did this in my previous bike RX - 135 5Speed... It did its job pretty well...
    Finally, 155cc motorcycle to its limit... Good work brother ... ✌🏾

      Hey man. I don't know the size of the cam, but it is some BRT R1 cam for the R15. I will be changing the valve springs when I change the bore. I would rather have acceleration than top speed so not changing the front sprocket. And, finally, thank you.

    Dont raise to the big bore/cylinder capacity. Just maximize your 150cc. Try to play on head, injector and throttle body. It will give your bike 29hp and more durable.

      Get the bigger valve diameter, maybe around 20-25. Example, in 25mm exit(exhaust) 22mm

      Abhinav Bhatt easy way, just send your head to brt or you can purchase for the modified head with bigger valve diameter. Try to raise the compression also.

    What's the front sproket 14 t??
    So your running a 14t front 49 rear sproket.
    Don't rev it to 16000 rpm it will shit it self don't map above 14000 rpm red line I have a v2 totally worked and it revs to 13800 I use the tune boss ECU But GREAT VDO. Enjoy your pocket rocket

    The exhaust note is dope, I mean we are only listening to it from a screen. To live with it is an entirely different thing.
    And who's R15 is that at 15:19 ?
    (Asking only since you mentioned in previous videos I think, that Speedmonks work only big bikes)
    And there's Rajdoot, RX and and R15 in one frame 15:39
    All amazing bikes.
    I've owned an RX and an R15.
    Both amazing bikes.
    Looking forward for Phase II part of the build.

      Hi. The exhaust is just too damn loud for my liking. Putting the baffle back in, which should also help with the back pressure. The other R15 is of my close friend Dinesh Chahal, who has a channel by the name DCV - you might have come across it. I had asked him to get his bike so that I can benchmark my bike against his stock bike. But the build took a lot of time, so we will have to do that another day. The Rajdoot, RX belong to the owners of Speedmonks.
      The phase 2 will take some time. For now, let's try and optimise this build.

    If you modify this bike with ecu,sprocket,exhaust,filter,etc. You will no chance defeat any 200cc bike like the RS,RC,etc and you would be wasting money comparing it to the RS. So ,there is no point in doing this if you are considering what I said. Otherwise its fine.
    But do look at a video that changes the R15 V3 instrument console to multicoloured. Its amazing.

      I've seen that video. I don't like it much to be honest. Also, I don't care how other bikes perform. This is my build for myself. I have no intentions to compare it with other bikes as let's face it they can't be called equals due to the difference in price. My bike will end up being at least above 3 lakhs total.

    you changed the ecu and bike goes till 16000 rpm..does engine parts will be damaged??or any ways to prevent from damage..(i may be wrong but i have a long time doubt..what happens to engine if we increase above stock rpm level))??and also..can we fit aftermarket abs..is that possible in r15 version 2 ???and for version 2 is performance parts will be available still in indo,malay etc..???

      Engine will surely get damaged. Piston can also seize. But I am upgrading all parts so I should be fine. I don't know if aftermarket ABS can be installed. Yes, loads of parts available for V2.

    Hi Abhinav, Nice work !!! I have the same bike, Just curious to know if the breaks can be updated to ABS ? if Yes, How ? now that ABS version is releasing can we update breaks from Yamaha service center? i stay in Bengaluru btw.

      Hi Vageesh. I don't have the answer to that and we will have to wait for Yamaha to officially say something on it. I hope they do make it available because I see many upgrading to it.

    Cant, you use mini turbocharger instead of installing racing camshaft and whatever stuff you are including. Turbo charger increases 30% to 40% power. Yamaha tha japansese engineerd the engine for better performance, you pupil excluding their quality and engineering.

    How much power is it producing and total cost?? Even top speed.. yesterday maxabout share a video of r15 v2 from Indonesia doing 195kmph so eagerly waiting for your top speed...

      I don't know the power yet and we don't know the final price either. I am not chasing top speeds. I just want the bike to respond stronger. Even with 165 kmph, I will be happy.

      Hey bro. These indicators are from the KTM Duke. You can buy them from any KTM service centre. They are Rs 400 a piece.

    daytona full exhaust is by far the best exhaust fr r15. the whole daytona racing kit also give u a racing ecu, racing cam shaft, patel disk brakes, daytona chain sprockets, irridium spark plugs and aftermarket airfilter are also a gud option. bigger bore stroke engine will definetly give a better all round bump in power n torque bt keeping this same engine is also gud as no one else in our country can makes n gives such an engine this 155cc or even version 1 149cc. they r reli gud n already hve forged piston.

    Guys seems to be humble and that is beautiful Beautiful exhaust note tuning is on spot.. where is this located I had done ecu remapping but it's giving me huge trouble like pickup has reduced although the guy who has done mods is arrongant to even tell me about the cams that's has changed can you make video on ecu remapping,sprockets and spark plugs also did you change the stock bore kit ? and the one that you bought can it be fitted to 600 the full system has been done to Moto 2 setup but on track its sucking badly curiously watching your other videos as well to get the idea thanks a ton for doing it.keep riding keep it safe

    sir i have r15 v3 done 5000km and never able to touch 150kmph once it reaches 140kmph after that it start struggleing to reach 125 130kmph can u plz suggest what is the problem

    Bro I don't understand the point of tuning and upgrading a 155cc bike, i mean u can go for 300 cc bike ! Would've made a huge difference bro !

      I have a 1200, a 675, a 900, a 650, a 400 too. So getting a 300 wouldn't have given me any kicks either. This is just a fun project for me.

    Hi abhinav, if you have kept drive aocket same and increased the teeth of driven socket, technically your top speed will become low but torque will increase ..right?

      Yes. But since the bike now revs a lot higher, I should still be getting a better top speed than stock.

    Want to install this type of exhaust in my Yamaha Fz16 2013 model... Would you preffer me about exhaut and the cost ?

      I don't think this exhaust would be compatible. I think Yamaha made a Dagrex exhaust that was also compatible with the FZ. Might want to look that up. It used to be about 16-17,000.

    Just remember one thing.
    The motorcycles engine and transmission were designed by Yamaha engineers in Japan.
    Do not underestimate the stock setup. The engineers have immense pressure to give the highest riding experience at the least expense. And Japanese don't cut costs that often. I feel your tuning program is not much beneficial, instead, it voided a lot of your warranties, (and sounds not-nice exhaust),just in case. (and probably your first-party insurance coverage as well)
