As a newbie watching this i thought "mini" would be 1/24 scale (which i am into) but these are builds i have never seen before, where would you buy sth. like that? Or are these just TRX4M based ? Those i am not familiar with.

These current 1/18 and 1/24 size crawlers are relativily new thing and "micro" is maybe better name for those. Mini class cars are mostly custom builds nowadays.
