I hate how people hate on you, you are just doing what you love with the people you love!
The real dirty dan never met a hater doing better than me 😬
Vic, try washing your fillets in sea water or use a salt water brine to clean the fillets. Fresh water deteriorates fish fillets almost immediately. See if it makes a difference.
Catching flounder with rod and real is a lost art around Pensacola everybody’s just gigs them now. Great video Vic
absolute doormat!! god i cant wait for the flounder here
bro try scaling it gut then batter it in flower lightly then fry it in butter not oil, the best the skin is so good
can of coconut cream into a bottle preferably a tall glass bottle add half a large onion 1 and a half lemon in with the coconut cream, 2-3 table spoons of salt cap it shake it and refrigerate for an hour or freezer for 30 mins, then pour over fresh fried flounder with rice lettuce and chopped cherry tomatoes, you wont regret it
good video Victor glad to see Grandmama back! keep up the good work
Congrats!
You found a keeper! You better keep her as long as you can!
One of your best catch and cook videos ever Victor, well done mate

Quality all the way Viktor,
Helpful tips on Filleting as i catch Flounder here in Scotland.
Steve.
That's a nice mess of flatties! Good work.
I love your catch and cooks! Every time I watch them it makes me that more eager to go out and catch some fish of my own.
This is my favorite Cooking Channel
Glad to see ya back Victor
Nice door mats. I lost her but, I flounder.
I caught a monster bull red in that exact spot and I was fishing the same rigs! Using finger mullet though
Great dish! I'm a big flounder fan and I love the accompaniments in the final dish. Will definitely have to try soon!
Good shots and great video! Thank you for giving us the best!
Amazing work! I wasn't sure at first, but everything really, really came together at the end of this! You really put a lot of effort into this incredible piece of art! Thank you, can't wait for more!
Congrats Victor , Ihave to say this, I follow other channels but I have to say, you are a professional the way you interact with your family and how you manage to keep it clean and of course great fisherman and a great cook. I really enjoy everything you do, by the way my two landshark shirts are on the way whaoooooooo can`t way, Capt David c.
Congratulations dude with the proposal keep up the good work
yo vic that intro music is hot bro you dont play no games bro
Wow that looks delicious! Flounder is one of my favorites too!
An easy way to filet the one full filet is to cut a line across at the head and a line at the tail. then starting at the tail stick the knife straight up the middle on the backbone and work the knife out from the inside and once you have the one side then you do what you did getting the other half. I just feel its easier to work inside out rather than outside in.
I can't wait for the flounder to get here in Daytona Beach FL
That looked amazing. I love all your catch and cooks and have tried a few of your recipes myself. My all time favorite was the poached african pompano(I tried it with flounder and speckled trout), but this one looks like it is right up there. Can't wait to try it.
Damn that looks good. My mouth was watering.
dude, that looks AMAZING! Nice!
Great combo you both have great material on both channels
Hello from Texas.... Great video vic appreciation it very much
Awesome video guys! That sauce really looks great! I can't wait to try that recipe on the crappies up here in Wisconsin.

Hey, my cousin and I just posted a video of us catching some mangrove snappers inshore at the keys on a Jon boat if you want to check us out @TheReelGPU. We are just a small fishing channel just starting out and want to share experiences out on the water, hopefully, you enjoy!
I got some fun Mangrove Snapper fishing videos from Port Mansfield, TX!! Come check us out some time!
Dam Victor I was having LandShark withdraws ✌️🐟
Do you like fish sticks?
Awesome vid!! Awesome meal!!Hope fully We will be able to move there and fish there,In stead of a short vacation.
Lucky down there. Here in nj our fish now have to be 18” to keep 😢 it’s insane when I was a kid 14” was the limit now that need to catch what was a big fish back then to keep it and there’s soooo many 12-15 inch fish to be caught
Glad you're back! Watching from the Philippines :)
If you're ever up in the Mid-Atlantic region you should try fishing for fluke (summer flounder). They seem pretty similar to the ones you guys have though they get bigger. In some of the states you can't even keep them until they get over 22" (this might be slightly out of date). Up above cape Cod there are tons of blackbacks (winter flounder) which don't get anywhere near as big but have some of the best eating white meat in the ocean, in my opinion.
Damn vik your killing it! Up here in NY its 4 per person at 19", try using a bucktail w a long white fluke skin, guaranteed fish, its a trick we use up here, im sure many people will agree
I am absolutely jealous with every catch and cook. But this one, damn Victor your gonna be a 5 star chef one day haha!
Great video man I need to find a spot like this in Jacksonville and Congrats
Very nice channel man. Found out bout it while watching deermeatfor dinner. But. You videos are just as great 👍. Greets from belgium
Looks delicious 👍. Thanks bro
Up here in NJ, the minimum size is 18 inches, and I regularly catch 10+ pound flounder, so a 6 pounder is relatively small for up here
Devin Widmaier a 6 pounder is not relatively small in NJ. It's actually a very nice fish in Northeast too. Just you can get bigger 10-12 lbers more consistently than down in Florida
just got a 20inch flounder here in flagler beach FL.....I might try this recipe
awesome video as always
That is one tasty fish . Nice video Victor !
Cool vids'nice recipe
Fish the fluke in deep water, they fight like a beast
Hey victor nice video i love surf fishig i see your videos in los cabos mexico the capital marlin and the big tornament bissbes black and blue marlin 😎✌
That recipe looks great, gotta try it!!
When cutting your onion you don’t need to cross cut the onion. Remember it’s a layered vegetable and those layers are a natural crosscut when you dice them. Hope this says you some time.
Crazy how the limits are different state to state, in texas they upped the bag size from 14" to 15" and limit of 5, during the run we cant keep them this year at all
Damn, that looks amazing...for some reason I just got really hungry...great job
Best meal ever
Love the video, glad your back Masta cheif
Looks delicious Vic!
Two questions. 1) What are the top 5 tastiest fish you can catch in Florida? When are they in season?
Vic did u know when flounder are new born they swim upright with an eye on each side of the head as they mature the eyes move over to one side and they go flat.
Should try dredged in corn starch fried whole and put a hot sesame green onion garlic chili pepper oil on top. My favorite dish in China town.
Also flounder sashimi is awesome!
GL❤️D TO SEE YOU AND BROOK AGAIN❤️. I WATCHED YOU BEFORE ALEC STEELE❤️ LETS GO FISHIN😊 as soon as the ICE goes away😬
Loved the catch and cook
I have not seen anyone else stuff flounder with crab or anything else since I left Louisiana.
Was wondering if you got recepie from a trip there. I have been in florida about a year now. You can do the same with red fish and red snapper.
Good vids will follow your channel
Steve
Great video guys keep up the good work
Love your videos working on getting my own channel started ... Nice shirts got me 2 of them keep it up , Cant wait til season hits out here in jersey for Fluke
.
Hey man! I just found the channel a few days ago and I've been bringing like crazy! I just watched you last upload about upping the production game and you are doing it! The video looked great! I feel weird throwing out an un-solicited suggestion, but when I was learning video production, the biggest jump in quality I found was when I upped my audio game. Look into it man. I love my little dr10l lav mic system. Anyway, take it or leave it, I still love the channel and content!
Cheers from the MS Gulf Coast!
Thank you!
Definitely gonna try the sauce. I can see it with hogfish
Good video bro happy to see u back at it🐟
You guys came a long way.. good job!)
looked good....I like fish with not too much on it (like spinach) lol ......stuffed w a crabmeat dressing is my fav, but thats just me, BUT, your presentation was very good !! 3 star restaurant quality
I’m definitely one of ur haters Vic. This looks delicious !!
New subscriber! I love flounder, too. That recipe looked yummy.
Congrats to you and Brook !! Y’all should try a catch and cook with Ramora, like you say there’s no such thing as trash fish just trash cooks. I’ve heard they taste similar to cobia so I’d like to see y’alls opinion
Can’t wait to try out this recipe
This is a killer recipe 😍
Love ur catch and cook video s
My personal best was 22”. Surf fishing in Matagorda, TX.
Great to have you back!! Your backyard setup is perfect - what area of Florida are you in?
Damn the regulations down there are crazy! Haha we get to keep 3 at 17” in Jersey. The fillets on those 12 inchers not even worth the effort
ikr i don’t live in jersey but go down there to fish once a summer and regulations there are crazy lol
Agreed but NJ is 18" not 17".. The regulations around the country are just completely not fair. I've literally thrown back 40 fish between 12" and 17 3/4" in a single day and I will take home 5 fish per YEAR while other parts of the country I just see dudes taking 10 fish per day. It's a fricking joke.
Hey you guvz keep up the good work🐟🦑🐬🦈🐡🦐🦀
Flounder in nj have to be 18 inches and 1 1/2 pound to keep!
Oh yes jig them I bet you'll get big ones, jigging is important with fluke fishing
wow!!! you make me hungry..looks delicious
Awesome video!
heck yeahh ive heard you can make really good sashimi out of flounders
congrats on the engagement man!
Nice doormats! I think those birds were storks.
Man you can cook!! Where did you learn to cook? Made me hungry.
I haven't try it yet but looks good!
Do a puffer fish catch and cook🐡🐡
