Thanks Christine- I am pretty lucky to have the job I have. Though on those extremely crazy days- I wonder why I haven't won the lottery yet!! I guess I would have better odds- if I actually played the lottery!! LOL
Gabrielle- I am soooo sorry for my delayed response. in regards to your question- a good one by the way! it all depends on what it is. if it is wire transfers - say a bill or a transaction of some kind, It then goes into my accounting file. This way I can pull it and attach it to the bank statement when I do my bank reconciliations. All other emails, I typically shred. My email box is GINORMOUS- so it is all in the system for me to reference later. Hope that makes sense. Hugs! and thanks for your patience with me!
Hi Thanks for watching!! No, I have everything on a word document and I just reprint it every year. if an address changes or if an expiration changes, I simply update it. The insert that I update frequently is the master credit card info. My bosses tend to lose their credit cards and I have to update the info constantly.
Thank you for sharing Noelia
You shared some gems that can be applied to any job to optimize organization 💝 God Bless

Your work sounds absolutely fascinating! You’ve got a great system and I’ve got to look into that planner just for keeping my personal life straight.

Do you rewrite all the info from your tabs each new year?
