I am so glad your OK, please look after yourself. I know exactly where your coming from, i nearly bleed to death 3 years ago 1 week after having a hysterectomy my house was like a horror scene. I passed twice but glady the amazing team in A&E saved my life, took me a few weeks to recover uti did slowly, I appreciate my family more now and I know they do me. Rest a d do what the Dr's say. Take care and lots of love ❤

Noelia, I am so happy that you have decided to analyze what is most important to you. I have also done that recently. I have asked my Father in Heaven, to help me slow down and focus on the things are most important to me, which are also the same family, planning my hobbies. Hobbies is what makes us happy so we need to do more of and less of worrying about work because we are replaceable. So I’m just wishing you the best and I hope you feel better soon. Bye-bye 🥰🤗

25:35 self assessment no doubt is right & this segment really hits the feels omg!, especially after your happy food planning etc. did not expect that! So serious now - Whatever the event/ issue you should get independent support for YOU, not your fam, not IG etc. So that might be church or counseling or whatever version of 'help' resonates with you. Meds from your cardiologist is only a sticking plaster, they are notorious for failing to treat the person as a whole being. You need a compassionate professional to help find & fix the root cause of the trauma. Random recommendation to listen to Dr Gabor Maté, VERY insightful & also calming.

Been where you are, Noelia. It takes strength to say no to the things that take away your joy and away from those who love you most. Noelia, I am so glad that you are reorganizing your life and doing the "makes me happy" things. I also had a couple "heart" issues which will definitely take a huge toll on you and your family. Please reevaluate and learn to schedule time for self-care and relaxing. The work will be there and you can do it all the while of taking time for yourself daily. You must take care of yourself because you only have one body and if you don't take care of it...then where are you going to live? You are a beautiful human and I know we all here love you tremendously....no checking out on us! Please take care. I know from experience that stress has long tentacles and it will reach really far back in your past to things you thought you had dealt with and had gotten over. It will bring them to the surface and use it to hurt you all over again. It will strike when you least expect it and in ways you never thought possible. I am glad you are prioritizing what matters in your life.
